all nations above 50 users should get +1 admin more. Every of that country should make a list of users for the function, to be chosen via voting process in their community. Every country with 10-50 users should chose in the same way their 1 admin, if there is none (like Bosnia has no admin, although they have enough users for one).
Serbija with 66 users has 2 admins :))

the choice can also be managed in an international forum after the applications. another valid option is a foreign administrator. this also applies to moderators and tutors. the figure of the tutor is greatly underestimated.

I believe that we just need to open a topic to apply because there are still willing and serious users in this game.

It doesn’t matter, admins don’t have enough ressources, tools and control, no feedbacks or help from absent devs. It’s is like that for years. Administrators end up enjoying "Plus" leaving their colleagues to deal with a mass of impossible tasks. A dream job.

I have been a tutor for 4 -5 years but even without that role I helped the community despite the absence of the developers.

I read carefully and I agree with everything.
- Tutor: possibly the most important task. Problem: no reward from the game ... and seeing the few people you try to help giving up. Great motivation! Doubt if 10% of these guys are motivated

The number of spectators is visible in all matches in the Turkish Cup, but it is not visible in my match. Can anyone help?
