No info on his junior skill on forum.

It's just an estimate from a coach anyway :)

Yep, there was even a bid from a czech user for 19 999 950 $

it would be great if could know when all this changes will come in place so we can plan our training.....

Actually if I need to stay in the cup longer to get training, I will be playing my first team in the cup and my trainees in the national league. This will guarantee me the most weeks of full training, and make the cup more prestigious than the national league.

This is why an international league is required, then it keeps the national league as prestigious because people can use a mix of players in the international league rather than in the national league
2020-05-28 22:59:44
Yep, we know.
I was talking about self regulatory about adjusting prices for new training, but for sure there is a problem with prices, they are getting to high every single season and we will try to work on it.
2020-05-28 23:04:45
As i said - new training is not so far from current one. Most difference is more flexibility, other parameters and rules are adjustmet for that new formula, but major principles are quite similar for now.
So if it sound bad, then even current system is bad.

And yes, it will give you much wider range of possible decisions, but i think thats good - some users will try to make very carefull moves with that, some other will not, nothing wrong with that, even now they do so.

Things got a lot worse near the end of the last season.
Maybe you guys coming here to code activated a lot of sleepers and the demand for players increased.

Hope that solutions are coming soon. I mean, this is still fair, same for everyone, but terrible.

In the current system you usually have at most 2 or 3 cup games per season that you can realistically win with your first team, but not with younger trainees. In the new system with more competitions and fewer friendlies there will be a lot more decisions between success and training to make. I think that's going into the wrong direction.

I like having a wider range of possible decisions, but it should have something to do with football. With these changes it seems more like an abstract statistics exercise to find the best strategy. And as I said, managers choosing different strategies will make the competitions more random since some will play with their first team and some won't.

This is why an international league is required, then it keeps the national league as prestigious because people can use a mix of players in the international league rather than in the national league

In that case you might as well have the international league basically as a friendly league, that is with only a small influence on fan mood. At least that would make sure almost all managers play there with their reserves, and with their first teams in national cup and league. So the competition would be more fair than if managers use different strategies. I think that would be a good solution, and not all that different from the reserve team leagues I suggested.

Regardless of whether people choose to use their reserves in International, League, Cup or take the friendly hit, it shows why the league should be there (and it should be there on equal par with all other regarding supporter mood).

We should not be forcing people to do something a set way (ie you must use firsts in national league etc), it should be the players choice. That is what makes a good game, letting the players decide what they feel is best for their team.

But if we have two league matches a week, or reduce the affect it has on supporters, this removes the players decision making, and everyone is forced to play a similar way.

I think people at the top end need to let go a bit from trying to make sure everyone plays how they want them to play, and instead give these options (national league, national cup, international league and continental cup), to let people decide how they want to play and what is best for their team.

Already, sponsorship is tied to national league, which makes this "more important" so that should be enough incentive for that, but still, some people may decide they will make more money from good management and training, than a week in week out sponsorship, and thus, should be able to make this choice.

So I think it is very different to a reserves league or a friendly league (which you can do now), but it gives people options, different ways to do things, ways to make mistakes, and ways to close the gap with other managers. This is just one of the reasons it is important these leagues should exist, and why so many people have "+1" the idea in the appropriate thread.

To be honest, what should really be happening is your sponsorship should be based on where you are in an international league.

Currently the top sponsorship in Australia is about 281 250 $, but up near the top in poland is 405 000 $. Now Australia will never get that high, not because they don't have good trainers, but because they don't have the numbers. Good trainers and managers should be rewarded regardless of what country they are from, and the only way to do this is to pit everyone against one another.

Otherwise you will just continue to have big countries earn more from sponsors than medium countries, which will get more than small, which will get more than tiny.

If it was based on an international league, everyone would have the same chance to be good, and earn lots of money without turning this in to a stock exchange game, and this is the only way it could occur.

Otherwise everyone might as well just join to play in Poland.

Italy is this:
Div 1
364 196 $ to 409 016 $

To put this in perspective, agbell79, the number 1 in Australia, earns 93 750 $ less than this per week, despite his ranking points being higher than any Italian player. So why does he deserve less?

And it isn't high because he beats everyone in the national league, because most matches he plays, he loses points because his rating is so much higher than everyone elses. Given this formula y = mx + n, and with an 8-0 win n=48.95, and m=-0.02876, then the biggest point difference between y and x for agbell79 to make points is about 1700 points. All but one team is a bigger difference.

This means, he makes all his points against international teams, and can stay higher than all Italia players despite losing points every national league and cup match he plays (except for the 2 against me, where he still needs to win like 6-0 to gain any points). So again, why does he deserve less sponsorship when he is proving to be a great sokker player (being higher in rank than all of Italia, despite losing points every Sunday and half the Wednesdays, and despite not having the same income from sponsorship or gate takings).

Therefore it would be better if sponsorship was linked to an international league, where everyone has the same advantages and disadvantages, and why an international league is required

LOL so the external "vote" got the opposite results to internal responses from users, where there is no way someone can vote multiple times.

Sorry, but you have completely lost the plot with this one, and it may be time to hang up the boots, along with the other 58 countries who can't fill 2 divisions
2020-05-29 12:51:31
Currently the top sponsorship in Australia is about 2 250 000 kn, but up near the top in poland is 3 240 000 kn. Now Australia will never get that high, not because they don't have good trainers, but because they don't have the numbers. Good trainers and managers should be rewarded regardless of what country they are from, and the only way to do this is to pit everyone against one another.

problem with this is can be thar weaker teams from that small country will have hard time catching up with "better" or older teams from that country...
but i agree that there should be some kind of compesation for just the size of one country to another....

We are deciding to choose a calendar based on Option 1 but for now we are giving up the international cup (we are expanding leagues to 12 teams and introducing two league matches per week)

I love you guys, you took the best possible decision :

- No International cup
- Shorter Season
- Leagues expended
- 3 matchs per week

Now the best part of the day is coming, reading all the usual suspects complaining that the poll was manipulating and this is the end of sokker.

Cannot wait to read you guys, you will make my day. I put my day work on hold till then !

I think that with such system it is necessary that countries with low number of users merge their national leagues into regional leagues
