Totally agree. I think proposal is even worst than today, because young players have to play in order to get maximum training. So, without friendlies, they have to play at league, so league level would decrease.
It will be no so much difference at all - sure, bonus from friendlies will be lesser, but you will get basic training for your young player too, so basic training + small, but still additional bonus from friendly will not be a bad training, rather a medium one, still you will be motivated to find some minutes for best prospects, but rest of the team will handle it and keep improving.
It's really quite familiar right now. We need to set final bonus values, and new calendar will be a starting point - with 2 league games and one cup/friendly day in week we will try too find best proportion for that frame.

yeh just that we need to play in both competition with youngsters and most wrong thing one game in leguage we can play with them other not so championship will be totaly compromised ..
Also if people want more matches, why not allow Arcade leagues or cups? It would also be an attractive Plus feature.

And for now it's rather the end of revolution from our side - new calendar and more flexible training are probably the most complicated changes infecting on game mechanics. Most of rest changes we will work on will be rather improvements of existing ones or bug fixing, seriously, we dont want to create another game. From our perspective it should work for majority current users, and with new interface and UX, combined with some "need to be done" work will be attractive enough to find new users too.

I can't see why svik. As far as I know you are going to have league and friendly.

i like reform but not with 2 leaguge games per week cause in order to get full training i need to chose against whom to put youngsters

So how do you train right now?
Let mi assume, you training MIDs.
You have probably 10 players for that training.
You use 5 of them (probably weaker) in friendlies.
And use 5 in league (probably older and capable to fight in league.
So, what exactly will change for worse?
You will be able, to train more possitions.
So you will decide, to move for - just an example 5x defs, 5x mids.
You will give them: basic training from "slots" + full friendly = its already quite good training for the start.
And then comes challenge - you need to decide about your best prospects how to use them in official games, to get more bonus. But they no longer need full game, they already recived frienldy bonus, so you can pick few most talented, and use them agains weaker oponents, or give them few minutes in the end of the game when you have good result.
Games need challenges, we cant allow you to just pick up 10 youngsters and training them with max efficiency, without injuries and without official games :D

Play to win – The current game mechanism is demotivating for players focused on results. We will propose some solutions to change that, giving extra motivations for winning, new official competitions to fight in. One of the biggest issues is, that club development is possible only by using a second match in the week for training. That lead us to some upgrades about the training system (but one training update per week on Thursday will not change). Our new idea is to avoid forcing managers to let all their players play for training.

We aren't grateful for all the work they are doing and always reading and answering us.
Maybe should have done changes without consult us. I'm reading a lot of bad words
and they don't deserve it.
The reality is that sokker would have ended if they wouldn't have arrived. We are under 10.000 users long time ago and always going down with no new users.

I know, I also pay and I don't like some things other users want. The rest we have also "rights".

There may be many users who are fortune tellers and know what will happen with the new changes. It seems that all the changes are a disaster.
Maybe I'm crazy. But I like them. everything. And also, I like the intention of devs to try to make understand that most changes will improve the game.
I am amused by the people who say that three matches a week, two league matches will be too many. What do you change tactics each match, really? more or less see everyone work with 4-5 tactics, as I do. That, dear friend, you can continue doing. Only you will not get bored for a whole week waiting for the game on Sunday because you will have more matches during the week and it will not be necessary for you to play so many arcades, because you will have more fun with the official matches.
You can play one league match with 3 young, the other league match with 3 diferent, and the other 4 you can play the cup match or friendly and few minutes of the league match and they train next to the 100%
