Personally I have been saying it for a long time:

Please intervene in the youth divisions issue. Example Lower A (Argentina). The same thing always happens, there is a user who descends with his team and at the end of the season he withdraws his team and once he starts again the next season registers him again and therefore he does not descend and there are 9 teams left or now in his case there is 10. It's not fair at all. Some time ago I reported this because I observed it and users also consulted me.
It would also be better to have a calendar armed in lower, and that you do not have to always play every week with the same rival

Other things that Argentine users don't like are:

* The 300 seconds of waiting time before the game, is what in the vast majority bothers many Argentine users
* youth system count per week (30 weeks is too long)
* Too many days of injury to players. In the case that approximately 30 days are injured
* That the patrons pay more, since the income of money is very little.
* The little income of money in the parties of inferiors
* The large number of days that some players are under form

What do you think, for example, a free month of plus to new manager? so that they see all the possibilities that sokker has

Sokker needs a really good tutorial. Interactive with links, video's, clear pictures.

Maybe even a 'do this and that' start up.

Start a new tactic, follow these steps,
Fire a player/coach/assistant, follow these steps,
Buy a player/coach/assistent, follow these steps
Put team on frienly match list, follow these steps
etc

After finishing each step the manager could get a reward, money, a certificate which is part of a managers diploma, or something else

Or this could be outside the game, not part of it. And when all steps are done, then someone gets his/her team to do it all for real.

Make it more interesting to play against bot teams, not always the same boring tactic.

Make some (slightly) better basic tactics and make bots use the tactics randomly so matches are different each week. Also good to learn to play against different tactics, something that will happen when promoting to a more active league with human controlled teams.

Something for beginner problems, copied from an old topic:

I often see new managers being comfused about the value of players and what this number has to do with transfers. Nothing, but that makes it confusing.

Because value has nothing to do with a realistic transfer value, I think it would be better to change 'value' to something like 'points' and in all countries 'points' the same number.

For example my goal keeper: Value: 2 782 250 €
No problem to change this to: Points: 2 782 250

Something else that is very confusing for beginners; where to find Tactic editor.

See small text upper right corner on page Training. If you don't search the page well enough, you won't find it. So small and hidden away, while it is something so important for Sokker.

This should be changed. Best is to give Tactic it's own page, between Matches and Training pages is the best place I think.

Another one that i heard a lot, the website looks like crap!

To old Sokker managers it maybe looks nostalgic, to new players playing 2020 games this whole website looks like old shit, and it truely is a 2004 polished turd. There was a contest once to make a new design, the winning design was perfect for that time, never been implemented. This website makes people not sign up at all. This game needs a 2020 look.

And when they do sign up, the layout is crap, whatever option they choose. You have to change the layout first to make the best of it. And 'best' is still not good at all.

Graphics are also terrible. All kind of good looking pre-made 3d football model and stadium stuff can be bought and isn't expensive at all.

As mentor my biggest problem was when rookie manager already low with money (stadium or bad transfer)

This is what the Interactive tutorial could help with. It would advise beginner what not to do and gave him more many for the start after completing the tasks.

Another thing I was considering is to increase the level of player you receive at the beginning. It did not change since 2004, but the overall level of all teams has increased insanely since then. The level difference between new teams and the rest is just too big and there are usually only 2 or 3 players that are not absolutely tragic
