Subject: »[update] Improve tactics

I would like to propose a possibility for a tactical swap if your team suffers a red card or an injury which sets your team to 10 man. I know you can partially do that, provided you set the back number from the player in question, but I'd like to see that in general, regardless of the position!

You have 4 possible swap settings, so if you could set that one ''in general'', you cover the entire team AND still have 3 other possibilities to place additional tactics.
Now... you can only cover 4 positions and have no other possibilities left...

there would be also great if we could see in what games we played with that tactic...so link to the games next to the tactic ;)

and vice versa...so that you can go directly to the tactic if you click on the name of the tactic in the match report...

What Sokker needs is a way better tutorial, interactive tutorial is best I think. See this, do the same and get something in return, for example a bit of extra money, or part of an overal manager diploma. This way managers learn how to play Sokker.

Ofcourse something also need to be changed. First of all where to find the editor, etc. Menu is completely user unfriendly. Always been, but it has become even worse now that I need to click all menu's to find the one I'm looking for. Just imagine how this must be for new managers. What does tactic editor have to do with training page?

And what alse needs to be changed, but I really don't know how, managers must be able to make tactics more quickly. Move the ball, do 35 positions, move the ball, do 35 positions, etc etc is way too much time consuming. Ofcourse copy and paste can be used, but still it is a lot of work. Maybe the easiest way is to make 5 basic tactics that are way better as what managers can use right now. That would also make it easier to save this tactic with a new name and change it to make it even better for own teams.

Did you read the Devs diaries and interface mockups? If not, just take a look and will find that tactic editor and page is not a priority for at least 2 seasons.

I hope a good tutorial does! Would help to solve part of the problem.

New users need to stay, and to do that they need to learn this game a bit faster, and by doing things from start, that won't destroy finances (!), hopefully managers will keep in playing.

If new users don’t stay, it’s not because of a lack a tutorial.

It was fun to enter few years ago, but now it’s boring as hell, i can imagine for new players.

it’s how sokker is design : new players starts in bot leagues in most countries now (this how sokker design leagues), the level gap beetweeen leagues and recent/old team is higher and higher (that’s how sokker design league again and how sokker design a very slow linear player progression).

So you add a tutorial or repainting the site with new fancy colors, I’m ok’ for sure that will help new users to stay, but not so long. We just have to ask to new comers : they don’t talk about a lack of communication and tutorials, they are just boring, say nothing, and finally close the door.

It's like I said before... young people don't like games like this. It's too slow...
They need fast games when they have time to play, not realistic time based games with only 1, 2 or 3 games each week.
And you can try to revive this game as much as you want, make it much more attractive, but it won't change the fast paced thinking of the youth.
This game has it's certain kind of people, and you can say what you want... we are a reducing kind, but still, there's a large amount of potential people to convince...
