I think the two ideas can fit side by side.

It’s true that as a manager, I’d be happy if my player had a national team chance.

But it is also true that e.g. if I got a very good player for the academy who is not Hungarian, I would be disappointed.

But you wouldn't get him without the scout. They would be an extra, and only if you hire the scout

I saw something in the rocking soccer game, when I played with that game. I registrated in Burkina Faso. There were some Burkinabe juniors, and I had chosen 2 other nations, before I open my youth school. I choice Tanzanian and Nigerian players.

So it would be good in the sokker. For example hungarian players come into my junior scool, and I could choose 2 for example Nigerian and Tanzainian players. I trained Nigerian, and Tanzanian players too.

It would be a motivation for me, because I haven't chance to train Hungarian defenders, because in my country the defenders secondary skills to good, my players would be NT players, but I could train foreign players. I would scouting the transfermarket, but can scout black african player in the market it with the police, the police didn't find too much:))

Or maybe it would be random, what nationality comes junior?
Percentage dependent on the number of users in a given country
Example:
Cameroun - 3 users - 50%
Poland - 3206 users - 0%
Countries with less than 150 users would count

+1, this looks good if you have to pay scout and the junior is balanced:)

I think this is an interesting idea.. perhaps you could be able to pay for a scout and choose a continent where he scouts. E.g. 20k€/week to scout in South America. And let’s say every 4th week or twice a season one player from random South American country would pop up in your youth school with random age and random general level. Depending if the scout’s been doing his job or having an expensive vacation. ;)

Nevertheless imo it should be optional and come with a cost. And the main thing; it shouldn’t affect the amount of domestic players coming to youth schools weekly. For many users like myself national teams are at least as important as the club team. And for instance we as a ”mid-sized” country don’t have enough youth pulls per season, not qualitatively and not even quantitatively. So extra fun for those who wish, but not at the expense of your own NT. :)
