Subject: [idea]Player can change his nation
Agreed, the original idea ain’t great. I was replying to Mekene’s question.
+1 yes i can training another team in another country but i can't sell and buy from my other teams.
I will do not put a - or +, what i can tell is... is just this a good idea if the player in case do not go to his original NT country, so to this happen, first will show a notification to a U21/NT coach about that player, if the coach do not put him on U21/NT in about 2 days for example.... then this player can have be changed his nationality.

That the players of your own youth school could have different nationalities somehow makes no sense. That would just be weird.
It would be better if you could have a second team through Plus, a team in a country where you don't already have your first team there. For example, if I were Swiss, I would have the first team in Switzerland and the second team would be in Ghana, where I would open a youth school.
Of course in countries new teams can be created if the number of active teams is less than 50. That would already solve the problems of small nations. That's just an idea. For that a new thread would have to be created, whether with Plus you can create a second team in another country.

nope
In real life players usually choose to do the exact opposite. They change nationality to play with stronger teams, not weaker, so that they can win something relevant in their carriers.
In a short time you will have polish and romanian players everywhere in the world, depressing one of the few good aspects that exist in playing in a country with a weak NT, that it is easily accessible for average players.
Moreover, why should poland or romania lose against Iran (poland 2) or Kazakistan (Romania 2)?
I dont think it would be fair nor to the managers of those nations nor to the ones of the originating countries

-1, managers should not be able to change nationality of players.
What could be nice is if managers sometimes get a junior in youth school with a different nationality.
I don't know, maybe a chance of 1, 2 or 3%. This could also be good for small(er) countries. A way to get more well trained national players.
All that needs to be done is Sokker automaticly picks a nationality and use the name database of that country to create that player's name.
EDIT: as Sidral posted, something like a player who is scouted.

It's just the wost idea. I can imagine a lot of weak national teams with a load of foreigners playing on them, one of the principles on this game is the possibility of training juniors who may represent the national team later on.
I agree on the idea of scouting juniors worldwide that may join the youth school but there will have to be a limit of foreign footballers in it.
I agree, a youth school should not have 30 foreign players.
But with only 1 to 3% on max 6 new players each week, the chances of getting a foreign player is not that big. And this player will only stay if he is talented. So not many will not make it in youth schools.

In my view this proposal is acceptable and interesting...
Maybe it could be set this way:
in the case (and only in the case) in which 6 new young players are entering the YS, there is a 30% chance that one of them is of a random nationality.

Not sure what % can be used to prevent too many foreign youth players or too few. % over all 6 players could do it, or % for each player.
Second nationality for playing "x" time in "x" country, but with one rule.
1. Country where the player born has the priority for NT's call.
2. If the player had been called for the NT of his second nationality first, he will have to play for the first country in the next season.
It is necessary that NT manager can know the skills of the players.

You want to give players 2 nationalities? I think that is confusing, specially if a player needs to play for 2 countries in 2 different seasons.
I think the easiest way is to give each manager an x% chance of getting foreign players with only 1 nationality (from 'scouting')

It could be that first two or three weeks of season, players only can call for their born nationality. After two or three weeks, players can call for the second nationality. If the NT manager want that player for their team, the player will only be available the next season.
