+1 for random countries in young school (said 20% 30% foreigners ) so Poland can provide more players in all countries :)

Im not sure about changing a player nationality... i see some strategy abuses for NT reasons...

Nope random should be optionall if you activate the option no one can force me to use this

There is this solution from another game: a player never played for the U21 and NT and plays continuously in the same country as his owner (let's say a Polish player in Nicaragua and this Polish player is too bad for the Polish NT but good enough for the NT of Nicaragua). Then the owner should have the opportunity to naturalize him. But here the hurdles have to be high:

1) no U21 and NT commitment
2) have been in the same club for at least 6 seasons


That doesn't solve the U21 problems, but there is no other solution for the change of nation. It's a very delicate thing! But I supported that the small nations are helped. But we are on the wrong track with this measure.

Coming from a small nation, I would hate to see all the hard work we do ruined by someone who was born in a big nation, just changing their flag.

it is nonsense for me in rl and here i have the same opinion about that....

and who would decide in witch country should that player play? nativ? so who is good with poland nt he would get better players.......stupid....

I agree, international scouting is very normal in football, so some international youth players is realistic, and good for small(er) Sokker countries. That is also important, so every NT coach can find players.

And if managers don't want international players, send them away so next week that spot is free for a national youth player, simple as that.

Although your idea of 20-30% is too high, I think. That would have a negative effect on national youth in smaller countries that do have enough active coaches with youth schools.

I don't like the idea because wouldn't the developers simply write into the code to give us all extra Polish trainees ;-)

Or to maximum a slot for the country :)

I guess we should be able to choose the country where we'd like to scout players in.

The nice thing about keeping it simple is that each country can get the same ammount of extra players. I think it should not be based on size of countries. And if it is based on size of country, youth of the largest countries should appear a lot less in other countries as youth from small countries.

The idea is to help small(er) countries to get more players, without the need of 100+ active managers.
