If you buy a player today, there is +10% tax if you sell him this week.
Next week it drops by 2% until it is back to zero.
1. week _ 5%(u23) + 5% + 10% = 15% + 5%(u23)
2. week _ 5%(u23) + 5% + 8% = 13% + 5%(u23)
3. week _ 5%(u23) + 5% + 6% = 11% + 5%(u23)
4. week _ 5%(u23) + 5% + 4% = 9% + 5%(u23)
5. week _ 5%(u23) + 5% + 2% = 7% + 5%(u23)
Normal _ 5% + 5%(u23)
10% may be too much, but I think that taxes are the best way for dealing with reselling.
Disabling trade of a player for a period of time after buying him is not good, I want to be able to sell a player at any time.

I think that the system is fine and balanced just the way it is

Transferring it to real football, the player who signed the contract does not quickly change the club (there are exceptions), so in my opinion it is good now.
No problem :)
It's not necessary, I just don't like reselling.

@sir_james i like the idea i hate traders as well something needs to be done about that
i was thinking minimal starting price based on time player spend in your club and automatic TPA for unrealistic profits in short term transfers did not think it completely so that why did not suggest it but other people can propose ideas
My ideas for TRANSFER MARKET
Actually Transfer Market is too much abused. Fast trading is becoming a problem.
My idea is to limit Trading, but not at all. I read about max 25 players + 8 weeks before reselling... maybe too much for a large part of users.
I think we need to set team limit on 18-30 players (maybe 18-40), and set 6 weeks before reselling (exepted for youth school players).
The TPA problem can be (almost) regulated with a more expensive and progressive tax system.
Example: 5% until 1000k, 10% from 1000k to 2000k, 15% from 2000k to 4000k, 20% over 4000k

This is the worst idea today, and people like it.
Basically being punished for being a good manager.

not agree
you see a good manager from tactics mostly, from how he organizes training and team.
We fight against "wild players trading", against managers that unbalance the game. I think sokker is a serious managarial not an "arcade" one. How trading is organized now is unbalanced. Now you can use "wild trading" if you have a lot of time to spend on it and take money for buy superplayers, so you can win but maybe you are not good in tactics and team organization. I think It's sad and ruin the game.
We need balance between tactics, trainings and trading, now Sokker system is unbalanced in favor of "wild trading".

It's not what a "good manager" represents, to be a daytrader...
Setting limitations are imo a good way to prevent misuse of the system. Certainly worth considering...

I also like your original idea (taxes on reselling), in my opinion 10% is not too much, I prefer start from 20% and continue drop 2% until week 10 :-P
