Thanks to the current tiebreaker rule, many times the champion is decided by forgotten line up or by someone using B team because of the cup match coming up.

I think it would be best to apply the following tiebreker criteria:

1. Head-to-head points between tied teams
2. Head-to-head goal difference between tied teams
3. Goal difference
4. etc.

it often happens (especially in top divisions) that some team decides in the middle of the season to sell whole team and switch to the training. This hugely favours the team that has not played with him yet.

Are we going to apply this as main criteria for ranking teams in league or just to decide champions?

many times the champion is decided by forgotten line up

How about creating an option to set one line-up as default for league games and setting another one as default for cup/friendly? It would probably fix that.

Same rule should apply to the entire ranking. Different tiebreaker for 1st and any other position would be ridiculous :)

Very good idea but it wouldn't solve the whole problem. Sometimes the lineup is forgotten on purpose - friendship with the next match's opponent or bad blood with his rival.

Here it is, give it a +1, Stevie.

To try avoid managers selling their team in the middle of the season or losing games on purpose, penalty for low marks could be implemented.
If you play a game below 80% of an average league mark, you get penalized for it. Or a different percentage.

This needs to be implemented to stop unfair goings on that keep happening, Dev's and admins are watching now after what's happening in Scotland

This way , hopefully "cheating" can be stopped and let us all enjoy fair play

Stop the cheats once and for all.

I don't think you can implement that.
Rubbish teams that get promoted shouldn't be penalised.
And not to mention, what if somebody simply forgot to change their friendly lineup or simply wasn't able to?
However, one way of possibly getting around that last issue would be for the game to remember the previous league/cup lineup rather than the last match lineup and the same with friendlies too (so each has a different default formation/tactic).

Looses with huge results can be punished with extensive quit from fans but only if injuries are reduced.
