I like the idea of historical data/Hall of Fame, we cant forget the oldies, who you looked up to in the beginning.
It would be cool if devs could answer this, is it possible to salvage data about old players.

I agree but the problem is that there should be no accidents over 20 days because they are not proportionate to the length of a Sokkerian season
1- possibility to affect the shape (if a player plays for at least 90 minutes per week he must tend to go up)
3- NT manager can be show all players of his country.
They are two ideas that I agree perfectly with, as written in other posts!

In my opinion, one of the problems of the game is specifically the "injustices" of the Match Engine.
Mainly ME is fantastic, but more often than there is in real football there are surprises. That is, it happens too many times that a team that shoots 20 times and another that shoots 7, ends up winning the worst team.
Understand me, I am not saying that this should not happen, but should happen less frequently. That is to say, in sokker it happens 1 in 10 matches, while in real football 1 in 25.
If we consider that this is a manager game very similar to real football(let's think about the difficulties to earn money, the slowness of the game with only 1 game of league per week, the game viewer where you can see the exact result of your tactics. .) Everything is so real, except the "excessive" luck of the worst team in a match. If that is repeated several times in the same season, it has caused throughout the history of sokker that many managers ended up leaving sokker.
Another factor that is too random is that it is not real that there are so many red cards in the first minutes of a match. It moves away from reality, sokker users, we don't like it
I think it is real that sometimes, some players injure themselves running or shooting at goal, well, it also happens in reality.
I also think that injuries should be shorter, because you have to think that the sokker seasons only three times less than the real football seasons

For me :
- One of the points that annoys me is the form of some players who never take off and stay for several seasons below 4 and sometimes all the time at 0 regardless of the actions performed with them !
- The mood of the supporters is abnormal and it often spoils the pleasure (leaving the Cup after a good race does not have to significantly lower the mood, for example)

+1 :)
"defenses retreating to 3-4m in front of their goal and leaving opponents free around the penalty spot; unnecessary back passes; clumsy sliding; too much randomness in general as the whole team seems to be playing better or worse in some phases for no apparent reason"
Thank you. :)
Unfortunatly a lot of users don't see or don't want to see, those problems.
With the older ME (before 2012),I would be back on the game, but now,I train players and not more.
Sokker 2.0 with the older ME,would be a great idea,or please upgrade this.....I need more role for the tactical side of the game.

The most annoying thing of all, which al of the sudden seems to be changed after YEARS and YEARS of complaining by I don't even know how many managers:
The complete lack of communication and customer service
The complete lack of communication and customer service
Seems nice, but not realistic.
Pulling someones shirt, no injury but often a yellow card. A player going at the keeper without defenders in front of him but getting tackled, not an injury but still a red card. Hands, no unjury but yellow or red card as it depands of where it happened on the pitc, and there are more examples.

yea, red cards are terrible right now, first foul in game = red or yellow into red

Still, in this way it would be more realistic with respect to now, that is far too casual and luck driven.
The system rewards the injury making team. And for the receiver it is a double damage (disadvantage in game and trainings) This is not random, this is simply unfair.
Moreover, if you crack the knee of a player in reality, and for half a season (4 months), you probably are going to get a yellow card, if not a red one.
It is not the perfect solution. It is simply a way to lower the injustice of referee decision.
I would add, that's an opinion, that I don't mind if Sokker is not a perfectly realistic game. If I want to play a realistic game I go play a simulation, not a managing game. But it is supposed to be a fair managing game. And that is point of my proposal.
Of course you can still disagree with that. But that is my point.

If would be unfair if you get a fixed system and I random system. When we all have the same system it is fair. Maybe annoying and it doesn't feel okay, but not unfair.
I also don't say this current system is ideal, and things could or maybe even should be changed. For example the situation 1 player going at the keeper and getting tackled by some other player. This could be a card or not (yeh random as we don't really see what happens as it is a game). But some foul in the middle of the pitch, then your idea could work well with injuries and cards.
Maybe a mix.
Make the position of a foul also part of the game. That makes it less random, as there are situations cards are given without injuries.
