*match engine can and should be improved continuously.
* simplify the tactics creator. currently it requires extremely extensive understanding of the game, which suits only the very hardcore players that propably make up less than 5% of the community.
* more specificly, defensive and offensive positioning should be separated in tactics. I dont want my players in same position when I have the ball, vs when opponent has the ball.
*imrpove and modernize the game interface.

agree, no big changes .. just continual small improvements

absolutely disagree, making tactics only requires understanding that the ball actually represent the position of the ball during the match and that you can set players set up for 35 ball positions. What´s so hard about that? Watch the games and you will learn how to set the player better next time.

Disagree. How do you propose to do that? If would complicate the whole tactics making process and then you would get closer to the previous point you were worried about

- No more waiting time for non plus users to watch a match.
People who start this game are quickly demotivated by this feature.
- Bot teams have the lowest possible grass quality on their pitch. This causes many annoying injuries in Cup matches, mostly for trainees. Two options: give bots a better pitch or change the formula a little bit of someone getting injured on the lower pitches. Injuries can occur, but not as many as we see now.

no bot teams ( so many as now ) and injuries should be shorter 1-10 days max

Sokker is great because of its simple, yet impactful tactics editor.
How can you make it more simple?
When the ball is here players are here and there. Very simple.
Beginners need to learn. You want beginners to be master tacticians. That's ridiculous.

15 years in the game, being MOD and LA. For me, the most annoying and demotivating thing has always been:
Not having control of the players form
Spending huge amount of money in your star player and have him in tragic form for three seasons it's really disgusting. There should be something to help with that.
There are other things, but this is my personal nº1.

Actually the form is not such random, as a player not playing at all will always drop significantly if I am not wrong.
But we would need a little more clarifications on how the form is working indeed, assuming there are some....

Not playing how long? I think that playing helps indeed, but in very small degree and who knows how exactly. Nevertheless it is only suspicion. I have ATT who got injured, didnt play about two weeks, and when the injury was slight I put him into squad and he got another injury and didn't play for another 3 weeks and after all that he is still in great form. His partner from attack plays every time and is still in low form.
Anyway, I would see form aiming to be average (I mean not sokkerish average, but just average, like sokker 'very good' - 9) - the higher form the greater chance it will drop and the lower form is the graeter chance it will raise. I saw such idea somewhere, probably on polish forum.

Just as tactical discipline is an average between the experience and the skill of the coach, the form could be taken from an average between the games he is playing, and confidence, which would be according to the results obtained in the games.
are u sure thats not already almost the case ? When i win my overall form increase. But anyway, form is something uncontrollable by nature, random form should part of a manager game.

The only thing I checked was that a player with tragic form for a long period of time, if he is transfered to another club, usually he ups.
