maybe some penalty to counter wild traders...every next player that you buy and sell in a few days should get less money from transfer....1st 5%, 2nd 7%, 3th 10% and so on....or something like that....and then reset after from first sale has pased a month or so....
Why do people get (so) upset if somebody chooses to buy somebody with a view to sell them to make money? Isn't that half the point of the game, because if not, why bother having a transfer market at all?
cause kind do not make sense. what defines what the price will be high today and after 2 days? if there stubborn user that bids like crazy or what. and what about people in time zone that are not much players on market so they will not sleep to get good price . yes trade should still stay but put in some reasonable amounts kinda do not make sense you train player for 2 years and someone gets double price in 2 days i seen that

There is the option to set a price before selling so if you don't get what you want for a player it's your own fault for not setting a transfer amount.
Sure, I've seen my own players sell for more shortly after I've sold them but sometimes this is down to just pure luck with who is on the net when his bidding time comes to an end.
If you have a transfer market, traders will still find a way to make money unless you put such stringent rules in place to basically stop people buying and selling players. I'm not a day trader but I do enjoy buying and selling players.

not against buying and selling but automated TPA for sure TPA exists but now is manual action from admins only if transfer is reported
But this should only happen if the price is clearly wrong which is why it has to be manual

It is a football manager game, not a banking manager game.
Players should fight for their spot in the team and should not agree to be sold the next week or week after.

what spot are you talking about if buy this player for example? It would take him at least 5years before he would be ready to start playing some minutes for A team (and for the training bonus only) and another 5 before he would be ready to play regularly

So like I said, why have a transfer market at all then?
If people are so dead against people making money simply remove money from the game and see how many people stay.
However, you can't do that given half the point of the game is to obtain money to pay for salaries, stadium and coaches etc so I'd have to disagree with you because as far as I can tell it is a banking manager game to some degree.

There is a lot between daytrading and no transfer list at all ;) For example, a normal situation in which players will fight for their spot in the team, and because of that will say 'no' against a daytraiders sell.
The best sollution will not be black or white.

Whenever I've bought somebody and then realised I'd made a mistake and didn't actually want them when I've gone to transfer list them I've never been able to because they hadn't played a game for me.
However, one of the problems is that a so called "day trader" could simply get around this by playing them in an arcade game instead. Shutting that bug would be a good starting point.

Everthing that makes daytraiding less possible is fine by me.
But clearly, I would love to see a much harsher system to prevent it.

could someone give me a definition of daytrading and TPA with some examples please?
everyone says we need to make harsh measures and how is it destroying the sokker world and I just dont follow.
I want to define what we are talking about

To me it is simple, buying players with the only intention of selling asap for profits, as if it are stocks. If possible sell within days or a week, maybe 2 weeks.
Managers who play this game as if they are managers should be rewarded, not those who are playing a bank trading game.

Most effective way to deal with daytrading is additional taxes.
For example, you can sell 10 players per season with normal tax 2,5 % and then every other player will be taxed +5%, with maximum tax 50%.
