Subject: [change] Visibility of the skills of the U21 and NT players
with some other changes in NT functionality (injuries) they might change their minds
I am undecided on the issue, but rather against it
although I have never been coach, but I think it must be fun to scout players and discover some kind of stars
also if You are unsure about some player You may gamble and set him as a defender for example and it will pay off or not which would be also fun
I dont think that majority dont give You skills, I think there arent many managers like that and it;s their decision in fact, because they want protect the players the paid for

The activity of contacting managers I have been doing for a long time and I assure you that there are some managers with whom you cannot establish any kind of relationship or speech, they are a wall !!
I assure you that I have great diplomacy and kindness but with some of them there is nothing to do !!
When you say that some managers want to protect their players from injuries you are right, however, in my opinion, the interests of the national team they belong to must be higher than those of the club!
This is why skills must be visible perhaps by introducing a cash compensation for injuries caused by international matches.

There are both pros and cons, but right now I would support status quo.
I have a lot of experience with scouting for Czech NT and U21 (for some time I have been scouting for both of them simultaneously - basically all the 18-32yo players). There are managers who do not answer, but they are few, we have more problems with those who do not train their players properly. On the other hand I understand that some coaches have to do a lot of manual work...
@Woody: Your charisma is called U21. :D People who train U21 players usually want bonus trainings. People who buy older players are more likely not to give a sh*t about NT, they focus on their own team.

The scouting experience is ok for NT community,without skills visibility we NEED each others and that's create a better community game experience (as a french NT database manager i know) But we miss a point : Scouting is the only interactivity we've got, and that's the most boring NT experience part :-)
Maybe improving "in game" NT roles (like the possibility of accessing NT team to several users - not just one main coach, but assistants to select players, improving the tactics.... ). But that's a new story...

If I am the Türkiye national team coach, I should be able to see all Turkish players in the world.
(Like the transfer department, the national team player search section can also be made. U21 coaches only see players under the age of 22)
National team coaches in order not to give advantage to their personal teams, players are visible.
If I am the Türkiye national team coach, all Turkish players on my personal team (Sosrikua) should be visible to everyone.
Meanwhile, national players should not be a problem for clubs (player injury).
If the player is on your team for one season, the week he played in the national team, let the player pay the salary by the national team.
If the player is injured in the national team,national team pay your salary during disability.

That’s for sure but as I suggested in this or some other thread concerning the same thing, there should be an option for the owner to let the NT-coach see the skills. A button on player’s page like ”Make skills visible for NT coach”. Otherwise it’s still possible to abuse your position as NT coach by promoting all the domestic players of your league opponents just to spy their skills and release them immediately. Wouldn’t happen much for sure, but always when there’s a possibility to cheat, some people do it.

Even if 35/40 player’s skills are visible on the players page it helps the work of the NT manager a lot, as I don’t remember the skills of all players by heart even though I’ve been doing scouting for years and years. What if a "National Pool" with 40-50 slots would be implemented and the NT coach would only see the skills of the players that he adds there? Of course, this wouldn't stop NT coaches to add players there to see the skills, but this would be visible for everyone (the players list, not their skills). In this way, the community could react if the NT coach uses this feature to "cheat".
This wouldn't prevent all the situations from happening, of course, but it would, though, prevent situations like this: you are in the same league with the NT manager, fighting for promotion. You have three players from that NT, certainly not NT material, but the manager can see their skills. In this case, you would be notified that the player was added in the NT pool so you could let everyone know what happened. Furthermore, the pool would be useful for the manager to see how the skills of the best 50 players evolve, without having to check all of the players manually every week.
