Sorry but that's a little artificial... I see to much (past) NT coachs in this topic x-D

In my opinion there's a a front line we shouldn't cross : every managers have the right to hide skills, NT or not, that's sokker ! Or in other words if sokker had to show skills, this should be the case for all teams not a privilege granted in the hands of NT coaches. THAT's a MAJOR point.


As i said (before in the topic) we should get an option to explicitly NOT showing skills to NT, or by default NT coach can get skills.

1) we respect the right to hide skills, for any reasons, NT or not NT

2) NT coaches knows EXPLICITLY that an owner does not want show skills (for 90% case we dont know WHY we dont receive updates.) NT keep the right and power to pick a player for NT even if they had no skills updates, that's a good balance.

3) NO MORE f*! pain to get skills updates for most of our NT players.

If we want to stick to the reality, to get started, the national teams shouldn't even play every week and should should exist something like "FIFAS dates" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You centered the topic in fact the national teams do not play all Saturdays and the day before a club championship.

I support the only solution that can agree both Nt and club and that is that the injury occurred during a match of the National team is canceled when the player plays in his club!

I think we need compromised solution here skills visible only for NT staff with not rights for public advertisement without consent of owner. I think i also some NT coaches may do not want opponents of to see how week my wing is or something like that :) so its understandable not to be full public
Nice page only for NT staff with filters by skill will eliminate needs of NTDB we build ...

that's not the "only solution" ... (is the one you want :P , but not "the only")

one solution (I'm not saying that "the only") is to respect the free will of the player's owner and do the showing the skills a voluntary and consensual act (like is it currently), everything in a respectful and friendly way, without transgression, the national team is not going to be destroyed for this ...

The NT would continue to choose the players of his national team, and the player's owner noway can control it or prohibit it, the main power and the last word in the use of the player is always of the NT

no sorry. NT coaches are not kings. I was a NT coach for many seasons, very boring to get updates, but i always respect this limit.

We have only two fair choices :

1) showing skills for ALL
2) showing skills for NT only but NOT if a manager CHOOSE to keep skills hidden! (could be one check button in user profil for example)

If we dont push a compromise like this, nothing will never happens for sure...

If you don't know the player's skills, you can't make him play exactly and exploit his potential to 100%!

As for injuries, I have indicated a possibility to meet the interests of the club ... if you have another illustrate it!

For me the rest of the arguments have no reason to exist!

So dont play with players without skills update ! Done. We all do this compromise as NT coaches.

Why the hell you believe teams are available for NT ? never. Compensation can help but not an argument to get more RIGHT than non NT users.

We can find a good compromise for all, and especially, finally, for the devs to plan a better (not perfect) system to get updates far more easier than now ^^

I have been training NT for more than 25 seasons and I have trained in different countries so I know perfectly well the dynamics that exist between NT and the owners of the clubs!

I see it much more simply than what some users write and that is to find the way to compensate the owner in case of injures (because this is the main problem) and then the Coach is allowed to see the player's skills!

in the world exist many things that we all don't understand, it's normal, the world is vast and there are many ways and perspectives to see things, different ways of relating and dealing with humans, is bad to have a square head and assume that everything is everywhere as in your environment

It's a small disadvantage (nothing is perfect), but the control is mostly still with the NT, also a large number of owners collaborate without problems. On the other hand if the owner had a disagreement with the use of the player, he could not prevent it (it is an even greater disadvantage than that of the NT)

it's not only the issue of injuries, there is also the fact that possible advantages between rivals (if one who is NT knows some "key player" of the owner), this would also happen in collaboration but at least it would be somewhat consensual and less violent

What about the system where NT coaches could see approximate level of skills? If you wanted exact skills you would have to ask the owner for them
