anyway I would be for the option that player owners could choose the full visibility of exact skills for NT coach

and I also agree that something has to be done about the injuries which are the main reason why players owners refuse to cooperate

I repeat it once again I am to choose the simplest and most direct way without complicating things.

1) ALL team have the right to keep skills hidden (that's sokker)
2) Why the Hell NT coachs will get more right than any other users on this ?

Mine is not a radical position but reasonable and that tries to make users who prefer the game with the NT enjoy the maximum fun.

It is useless to talk to you you have your vision and that's it!

Approximately skills will work but if I have doubts I always pick the player I know the skills. I will not mind if skills are visible but default and owner has option to hide it from NT still will save me lots of time.

no sorry. NT coaches are not kings. I was a NT coach for many seasons, very boring to get updates, but i always respect this limit.

We have only two fair choices :

1) showing skills for ALL
2) showing skills for NT only but NOT if a manager CHOOSE to keep skills hidden! (could be one check button in user profil for example)

If we don't push a compromise like this, nothing will never happens for sure...

i don't really see the problem...if we try to get to RL football then NT managers should know NT players skills...you can see it from games...but again we are not getting payed for playing this game....at least i am not...and i am paying for it...but that is not the issue...i don't see the problem of that other managers see player skills because you can't make changes when game starts and before start of the game other manager can make a ton of changes and i my knowing that skill is divine or superdivine does not help me a lot.... but i understand why would managers would like to hide player skills...then compromise solution: approximate level of skills + full skills if owner allow it...

:) @juytt NT coaches are not kings definitely some times is realy hard work that kings will never intend to do, but they are elected they have some trust of community so they should have some visibility . even in rules is mentioned is a job with responsibilities so dont you agree we need to make their job a bit easy.
and yes it could be with permissions of the owners instead of asking them hundred time to update their
player they just select a checkbox and we see it.
It could be beneficial for owner as well some good advise for the development proper way of training instead of confrontation could be mutual benefit ...

So I proposed:

An interesting solution: each manager configures in his office whether or not he allows to show skills to the NT coach.

each one chooses whether to show or not

and if you have 3 games with your club, one with NT, and you want to be competitive with club and NT you can leave your RL job and just play sokker all day xD

it would be great if players DB would be on sokker and you can every look pops for NT as well as your team....that would help a lot...
