I would go with limited options, like test version.
So for start loan is more like exchange between two teams. One player from A to team B, other from team B to A
Loan is finished on season end and can start for example in first 7 weeks.
We can add rule for age limit, so loan doesnt make less influence in team strength, more can be based on training.
So training goes normaly, just active training for that player is as the one in the team he is loaned. This can helpfull in case i have for example one player with low playmaker skill but he has higher passing then others of his age, so i send him on loan in team where playmaking can be trained and i then train passing. At the end of season he comes back and in balance with others.

I think there are many but's with loans. Therefor I don't like it.
If it ever gets implemented, managers should never be the ones to determine the loan price, or else (old) first division players end up in bottom leagues to help friends for almost no cost. And wages should always stay the same and fully go to the new 'owner', so bottom teams can never pay the top players.

start is very limited, with one player you loan to another team and thats it for both teams. No money compensation and with age limit it shoud not be big difference. If loan is done it will be probably between two teams with similar strength in training capacity, i dont want to loan my player to sunday league team and that way full season for player is lost.

Because if i decide to loan player my friend -1, if sistem then how to decide?
