Mh. Basically why not. I can give my +1

but, I consider the system of Sokker, and, even available, I won't use it because I have no advantages. But if there is available it, it doesn't bring me any kind of problems. So.... +1

in another game i play you have max loan out 2 playes per season and is for the whole season somthing like this may work

For me, my 2 cents :
- not a priority
- you could put your player in an common pool (pace, defense, etc...) and so not give him to a team
-- so your player is trained in this pool and you decide when take it back
-- and this player don't play any match so very low experience gained and no general training
as that, that is a difficile choice but you have one...
