Second Team uses it’s own money and the same base off players than the First Team; play the same game in a diferent country

Female Team need to créate everything New

I don't know where to write it and i don't know if I can start a new topic or maybe there already exists one
with this idea.

u21 competition where like we now have for world teams but than just in general for everyone.
Only players with max the age of 21 can be chosen.

Those players also get training as well if they play and are part of the regular team as well but don't receive extra training if they play more matches. More people will enjoy training young trainees, see them compete against others and youngsters is still the thing i have most fun of seeing them grow and prepare them for the A squad.

And no, I'm a big believer in equality. But Sokker is male football. The best solution would be to allow both men and women to play, but that's very absurd.

Therefore, a new game would have to be created here, like the Sokker women version
