I have to say, within this environment, the entire notion of a women's championship is ridiculous.
There are so many reasons too.
a) the 2d viewer - how are you going to make them look female (and what would be the point)?
b) you will overload the system as you'd effectively have to double the numbers of players overnight as you'd have to generate all these female players into the game.
c) the skills and training would have to be based on the current mens game so they will be female in name only
d) Tbh, given this is a computer game, you could theoretically just view the current game as a Womens Championship already because the only thing that makes it a Mens Championship are the names (especially if you ignore the 2d/3d viewer). Remove the names and replace them with girls names (in your head) and there you have it you already have a Womens Championship ;-)

I really don't care if there are womens names or not, and I think anyone who complains because there aren't womens names are a little bit sensitive when there is no need to be.

But I was just giving a very easy solution to help anyone who is struggling to live by sokker not having women players in it :D

Managers aren't obligated to start a team.

Every manager can start a women team, but if someone doesn't want a women team, don't start one.

That is the most simple solution.

I think it's funny in some topics managers say, okay but only when it is an option so I won't have to use it, while the same managers in topics like this say no, while it is suggested only as an extra option that you can use or not.
