It would be good to create a neutral team in Arcade. With 16 players, with all profiles, level 75 (+/-)

- So that new managers can have fun in Arcade and learn tactics.
- To create competitions with no difference in level. ( the best is really the best, not the big team.. )
- And also for playing with friends, it's rare to be able to play against a friend with the same level of team.

With always the possibility of taking his team, when you create the match you choose, either your team or the neutral team.

I think that it's good for news managers, at the begenning is not fun sokker.. but with Arcade, they can have fun and stay on sokker.
And It would increase subscriptions.

most decent target is ex sokker users to return and keep existing users i see already comebacks from old users . percent of new comers that will stay will be small anyways no mater what we do ...but if loyal users quite then we have problem and having this may do that
