All teams that have become bot teams should be reset after the last match of the season. All players in that team should go to the transferlist and this 'new' bot team is filled up with new weak players like all bottom bot teams.
A number of reasons why this should be done:
First of all, if this happens after the last match of the season, all teams have played against the same opponent that season, and will all play the next season against the same weak bot team. This is fair for the competition.
Second, this bot team will fall back very fast and be replaced with a manager team. Now some bot teams are so strong they prevent manager teams to promote.
Third, this way all (NT) players of this team that becomes bot will be put on the transferlist and can be trained again and won't be lost (if that idea will be implemented, which should be done asap ;))

I would say to have a list of bot teams, sorted by date they turned into bots and then you have 2 weeks before they are replaced with standard bot. So enough time for u21/NT coaches to save whats worth.
I know it would not be fair to other users in competition if they played against strong bot then 2 weeks after its a weak bot, but its also not fair to trainee if team becomes bot in week 0 or 15.
