Experience is a skill underweighted in the sokker match engine than the reality, because affect only defenders and goalkeeper in a minimal way. Who many of you looks experience when you seek players on TA or TL? Why so few hands up? :D
I always thought that if experience get more importance, of course in a balanced way, we could get these advantages:

1 - No more complains about managers that doesn't show skills to NT coaches. A manager could get a good advantage if his player plays in NT, more than the injuries.
2 - less awful 2vs2 friendlies (I think that experience is linked to %activity). You have to choose between risk of injuries or unexperienced players, I think that risk of unexperienced players should be higher.
3 - more strategies and gameplay, you can choose if use an older strong cheaper player or younger and better for long term planning
4 - player loan mechanism could gain a meaning, because you can have a young strong player that "needs to play"
5 - this could improve the performance of weak team, so we can have a more challenging game

I have in mind many way to improve it, the sokker engine could give a little bonus performance to every skill in accordance to the experience level (except pace, stamina and any physical side of the engine), for instance, but I prefer to emphasize in this topic the importance to give a more weight to experience, in a way or another.

Yes i also think exp is linked to %activity, because mostly mids are all games with higher activity and in age 24-25 most of them are already unearthly or divine while some of defenders never gains that much.

Since we actually dont know how formula works maybe someone from managment should give us this info, so we can discuss about it.

Its maybe if player get 17% activity its 0.17 exp improvement, maybe less in friendly, maybe also different for NT
Its also possible that is like if player goes over 15% he gets 0.2 if its under then 0.1 and no other.
But its all assumptions.

Anyway I agree that something needs to be worked out here, i wouldnt ban 2vs2 games for this reason(or any reason i think its also not possible to do), you can just limit max amount of exp player can get in one game.

Yes, I think that nothing should be brutally banned but simply add some kind of mechanism that make it not suitable :) More chooses I should do, more fun :)

Not a fan tbh. The last thing we need is another reason for people to sign older players and to forget about training. There is already enough of that going on.
