Subject: [Idea] Introducing days in player age
In U21 NT can be used only players that become 21 during that season.
Off topic, but I have to say I've always found this odd!
You have an Under 21 team yet you have a team of players aged 21 playing.
Clearly somebody who is 21 isn't under 21. Just saying :-)

+1. simple and effective.
but introducing the birthday-week in player's age. example: 19(5), 27(8) ecc.
at the start or at the end of junior school (DEVs choice) this number is randomly generated.
there is no need to have the same week for birthday and player's creation date.

he is born week 10 and has birthday week 5...pretty much the same thing we have right now...not really helping to correct misstakes. ..
how does it work in reality?
aged under 21 at the start of the calendar year in which a two-year European Under-21 Football Championship campaign begins, so some players can remain with the squad until the age of 23.

That would make it again complicated.
Easiest is the week a new youth player enter youth school, that will be his 'birthday' for the rest of his career.
the (8) or (13) behind the age is a good idea, makes it very clear when that player is getting a year older.

i propose a number to deal with, you propose a costant number to delete all players' age differences
* actual system is a locked birthday >> week 0 >> latest weeks' players are always older
* your system is a locked birthday >> week K (costant) >> all player are always young as the actual first weeks' players
* my system is a random birthday >> week X >> players can be younger or older at any week of the season they start
DEVs can choose the best option

against random in any aspects of the game its already random the year so adding birthday day random ihh
this is a big disadvantage for the smaller nations of the U21 team and so the gap between stronger and weaker nations will widen. If only because of that against it.

cause we all have already youth that come with birthday of the first day of season i think
That's true, but when implemented everyone gets the same, and only new players in youth school get 'birthweeks'. Everyone else, players that are in youth school before implementation and players not in youth school anymore, will stay the same.
Also when youth school is at 0 weeks, players can be promoted to first team, the same as it is today, players get training and pop, the same as today, players have all their own talents, the same as today, players age each year, the same as today (only not all in week 15, but somewhere in week 1 to 16, depending of start in youth school, as I think is most easy to implement)
The 'birthweek' of current youth and players stays all at week 15 (or 16, what is it)?

Not sure but imo, technically(for devs) Wk birthday is as easy as skill update (every weeks) to manage, and maybe more efficient (in term of resources) than a global update at week 0.
global age update is a simple and clear system for management, its ok, but i don’t find any better solution to solve age y.s boring ux than introducing week birthday if possible technically.
