It would be a good idea to add this feature to the game. Imagine the possibilities in tactics and the value of players in market like LB and LW.

There are little country-s. The NT coach would have less rotation and problems. It would be good to the bigger teams. For example. Lot of users haven't substitutions every postions...
I feel the simple thing sometimes better. Afther the 2012 new match engine the tactic isn't so important then earlier, a harder team with higher rating win easier, now with the this change it would be good for the higher average rating clubs.

-1 always skeptical introducing new ability on existing players. You wake up one day you see all your players left footed and have to rearrange all your strategies for the team

There are a lot of things to improve before add this kind of idea.
Because market will be impacted.
