Would be better then own players (from youth) training better and/or play better your own first lovely team.

Also would be good if the random generated youth change about fix skill levels youth. Suchs as if youth scool high, generate guaranteed better players.

Less than 6 %

According to my xp to evaluate youths in France on skTables less than 6% of young players are valuable.

As consequences with so few valuable players :

* Less good players in the market mean price inflation. Good and top (talent) young players are reserved to the well established clubs.
* We can't build a decent home-made team.
* The profitability of school is based on so few (valuable) juniors. So if you're not lucky you won't be profitable for long.
* Juniors match are boring as hell in term of strategy / tactic with so poor average skilled players.

Simple fixes (that devs can quickly add)

The production of worthless juniors can be reduced by reducing the random min/max bounds :

1) Set a min. starting level, higher. Actual max. starting level is 6, it would be great to set a min level to 4. A random level between 4 to 6. No more tragic entries ^^

2) Set a min. talent, lower. Max talent is 3, and it's not surprising to see very very weak talent (up to 5 or 6?) A random level from 3 to 4.5 is enough, 4.5 talent is already a pain for progression.

3) Set a min weeks in center, higher ^^. Max weeks is 33, but minimum is .... 1 week (!?) that's a huge range. Not to say that's absurd to get youths that s needs so little school :-) A minimum should be set to 1 season (15 weeks) or less (10 weeks) to continue to get few players at 16 years.

4) Set a min level for each skills. Actually min. starting level is 0. When a player start from 0 (tragic) it ends up close to 0. Setting a minimum starting level to 1 provides a minimum of skills for each players at the end.

Future

When sokker devs will integrate their new system to develop schools, it will be enough to continue to "play" on these minimum starting level according to our investment in future school facilities.

For now, there s no reason to not fix the actual (too much) random system that produce so much poor skilled players.
