A player have technical skills and also phisical skiils. Best example the ATTACKER and the ATT MIDFIELDER.

Att midfielders have very good speed-technik-passing-playmaking= all technik skills. This result they play BEST at BEFORE against DEF players situations.

Attackers have speed-strength-stamina(jumping)-kondition-fitness-long shoots-close shoots skills= all of them phisical type skills. This result play BEST at BEHIND against DEF players situations. He run a clear area, receive a cross ball, then run and push 1,2 the ball then shoot. And strength wins the head situations against technic type players. They a best finisher players.

I would advice the phisical skills into a game, whichs influence the 1 way direction runs at def or att players and heading situations.
And more way directions runs with balls at mid players to make a situation to pass through or dribbling out the 1 way strong players.
Would be more phisical skills also not only technical skill to players.

I think no more players skills should be implemented. It is perfectly balanced now.

Then would be the Stamina max level also 17.
And need only 1 new physical skill, Strength who influence the 1v1 heading situation and running pushing situations.
Also would be affected long cross balls and long shoot power.

That not need to be playing att midfielders into att positions with lower score skills. And would be real if def players heading skill not affected the pass skill.

it is difficult change. I would like see new skill heading but every new skill = change matche engine and it is difficult. I think that he will not change it...

but can stay same skill but every skill will be

pace(one or acceleration/max speed) /defend(here train tackling and heading)
technik/pm
passing(here can train combination or long pass for winger def mid, def or short pass for att mid, striker)/ striker (scoring and heading)

but i am thinking that skill change is unreal.
