instinct to All
Basically, along with money punishment, ban club for certain amount of time, they can sell, but can not buy. In club page to be notice until when the club is not allowed to buy players, similar like when club is going bankruptcy

Example of possible cases:

-buying players for low price then reselling them after month and making profit(I understand if its young player but when it happens to 28+ then its not ok)
-buying young prospect players and then fire them
-buying young prospect players and not giving them games to play
-...name other examples

Its maybe hard to say when young player is prospect or not, but why you need it? And first example i see same clubs on and on, and i never know if the transfer report is processed or not.

the transfer report is processed or not.

Your proposal is more about control prices, admins can already ban teams for cheating.

Everybody is free to buy and sell players as they like. The maximum for me is like 2 weeks between buying and selling a player, everything more is ridiculous.

A bit drastic.

Just make it more difficult to sell players within (for example) 4 weeks, as they will refuse to be put on transfer list. (doesn't matter how much matches he has played). First problem solved.

Next problem could be, day traider will become week traiders. So maybe something also needs to be changed how much players a manager can own at the same time. Make it a realistic number, between 30 and 35 (first and second team + subs).

Imo, 4 weeks isn't enough of a disincentive.
If you are going to put these measures in place at least make them harsh enough to matter.

a) I'd say 8 weeks so around half a season.
b) The maximum squad number would also stop stockpiling. I can see no reason why somebody would have more than 30 players. You can actually make this even lower too imo.

That would make things harder to trade players.

However, now that I've said all of that, I don't give 2 hoots if somebody "day trades" or not.
Personally, I would prefer no such measures were put in place as I would prefer that people were still allowed to day trade if they so wanted. If people get enjoyment from that I'd prefer that they still had the possibility to do so.

Why have problem with daytrading... it is thing everybody... want to sell playes, sell him.. i would make one thing... if train player long time, % will not 4 but lower... if buy player and sell him too quickly, taka you from selling price 20%..

Yes just fix the arcade bug and the issue is mostly solved.

That should be fixed, but I wonder if that really is enough to prevent the daytraining as if this is a bank manager game instead of a football manager game.

Selling players, orcourse no problem at all or else everyone have to keep all juniors and bought players. That would be strange :P But daytrading is not simply selling players as football clubs do.

You can't really compare this to real football though. There they have a transfer window and I'm sure any chairman would sack a manager who bought and sold the same player in the same transfer window (even if they made a profit on the deal) as the chairman would simply say that the manager didn't know what he were doing!?!

It did happen, a few times.

And Sir Alex Ferguson did not get sacked ;)

But indeed, there are many differences as this is a game based on football.
