A way for Sokker to make money from ads, and a way that fits football perfectly: contact companies and/or companies can contact Sokker that want to advertise in this game by shirt sponsors, board sponsors in stadium, and maybe stadium names. And make users choose some of these sponsors. 1 or 2 shirt sponsors (front and/or back) and 5 or 10 board sponsors in stadium. And make these visible during matches and when visiting certain pages, like when going to player page you see all players with shirts and non-Plus only see shirts without the players.
This means everyone has to make a shirt with sponsor, not only Plus managers..
Or Plus managers can really design shirts, shorts and socks in all kind of designs and colors for players and keeper with shirt sponsor.
And non-Plus can only choose a basic shirt in just 1 color (red, blue, yellow, purple, green, orange) with white shorts and white socks, and ofcourse choose a shirt sponsor. The second outfit is the opposite of chosen shirt, so white shirt and colored shorts and socks (home and away kit). Keeper is opposite color (for example: the players are red and white, the keeper is green and white):
Try to make something of sponsoring. Football is full of sponsoring. Just copy reallife football :)
I think this way of showing ads will look at lot better as all kind of ads around the edges of all kind of pages in Sokker.

About the stadiums. In the stadium there could be 4 sponsoring options in every sides, or where you can improve the stadiums with seats this is 8.

+1...i played manager long time ago, there was similar system. If play good in season, have better sponsors in end season and could choise from offer.... long time for good money but have sure for some season good money, or choise for one season better money...
When win cup get some reward money... In real football get money for ending league placement .. Here no. could be good some financial reward for ending league placement .
I prefer prizes for final standings will be predifined what you get but this will work as well
And ofcourse, try to lure in some sports brands so managers can use official sport brands for outfit sponsor.
