Subject: [Idea] Progress bars instead of text with hidden values
may convert it to crap version like currently the mobile version of the game is .
Why should it become like that? Why using a negative example while there is so much else?
That is what I'm constantly saying, an open mind, make the game 2020 and improve the game, while it is still Sokker. When using other crap like interfootballmanager.com as an comparision you keep thinking in the same direction, not an open mind and not improvements.
Other people are working on it right now. They know the crappy faces look bad, they have new input, new people with new ideas (+ a forum full of good ideas) and hopefully enough manpower and money to do some real changes that looks nothing like interfootballmanager.com.

Different opinion. If you know that show, you know exactly what I mean with accepting changes and make it better, and others fighting changes..

It should be pretty clear what I meant, if you read our posts again and disregard the restaurant part...
Look, I'm all for different opinions and of course I know that show. I also know that they didn't make any italian restaurants into burger joints, if you catch my drift. I think we all acknowledge that changes are long overdue and have to be made, but they will have to appease both new and old users. As I said previously, fortunately it's not a question of either/or.

Player's skills are often copy/pasted into forums or sk-mails.
Any solution need to preserve that possibility.

I've always enjoyed the text of sokker, because although I'm a numbers person generally, I have always found numbers in these kind of games more difficult than words.
It also looks less "neat" to me, and gives the appearance of being more complex. Also it makes you feel like you are a ong way behind when you first start a game.
I wouldn't be against a progress bar with words though, however it would also make it way too easy to know someones talent which is one of the main manager skills good managers use over less quality managers
