Subject: [Change] delete age of coaches

2020-04-27 14:20:38
it would be crazy transfer market for coaches if you do it in one season....

if it is done like that maybe there should be some fee that club gets if you release your coach...

i think that it should be done gradually....

it is not really fair when you pull new coaches that you get maybe one time 33 yo...and next one is 63 yo...and it really same expensive fee for both of them....maybe there should be some new type of coaches...without years maybe...

Easy to say goodbye thank you to a coach hired 7 years ago :)

But we are not all in this situation so just let the people think about themselves as you say, thanks.

dont stick to the number, just recap of options... any case DEVs should decide what to do, they have here few examples for all options... If they want they can make pool about it

also 4th option as no action is good for me...

As on every job if you want to quit you give notice or you can be penalized to pay to your employer maybe same thing here

no need, teams have a lot of money and even if they dont have money then they will recruit cheap coach for a start, You dont have to have uber-coach to play this game

in fact, I now think that if there will be some preset starting coach age then all coaches in game might be reseted to that age with skills reseted to tragic for fairness
user will get to know that and there would no be market madness because there will be only all-tragic coaches in the game and users will have to get new ones via form

I understand your point. You could have bought one of your coach some time ago (1 month, 1 year, 2,3 5,10). Question is what the moment where this coach served for the money paid?

So for example you could hire magical coach in your training page, from 7th attempt, wage is not the best, you will lose 10.000 euros per week and let say you go with that.
On the other hand you dont want that, you want to buy magical for 1mil euros, and he has the wage thats good. Where is the point in future where these expenses meet and from that point how much more you want your bought coach to be there, until you say ohh nice he served me well. Then when you have your final result, and this can be then proceed in action.

All of you are playing this game for very long so I understand some of the expenses were already amortized a long time ago.

My point is that you cannot just say goodbye to your coach when you play this game for a few years and you invested a lot of money to have a perfect staff thinking they will stay forever. Honestly I would have invest my money somewhere if I knew because 5 millions euros is a lot of expenses when you start this game.

When you dedicated some time and money to buy strong basis for your team, to just throw away all these efforts and money as some of you suggest by their idea can be very discouraging.

There you go. No need to pretend being objective, asking, "What about people who..." when just talking about yourself. Thank you, I would appreciate honesty.

Age implementation is a great opportunity to make the best teams lose money, because they would need new unearthly coaches. Yet we have managers with mid level tams opposing this.

If you recruited coaches 2 years ago, they are still younger than someone's coaches who were recruited 7 years ago. So reduction in age, as I proposed would still give coaches recruited 2 years ago some extra time.

i dont think any big reset is a good thing and that it will ever happen. i am sure that there would be manager that would not notice that.....a lot of money would go in pulling new ones and tl would lose it so that the prices would go wild again....

Let say like this

You have brilliant coach. You expand your game and moving forward day by day. When its the time you say i need to go level up and buy or recruit magical. Do you look back and check when you bought coach you need to fire or you just feel this. Or you want to stay with brilliant forever?

I posted these waves, but I cant give precise requirements. Thats why we all need to be involved, and you also need to say yeah man it good but i just bought this magical coach and i would like to have him for another 2 years atleast. or 5. I dont know, i cant give this estimation, but you can or other user from his point of view and situation.

yes its tricky, my examples are also very fast. We dont also need to do this next season or in season after season. Baby steps, best approach.

What are you talking about ? I never pretended to be objective, just giving a different opinion about my experience with the game which is not the same as the older users like you.

I recruited my coach via the Transfer List so no, they are not young (80yo+).

I understand the opportunity to make the best teams loose money, just be careful because it will impact the newest users who invested in training staff to have strong club basis.

"Some of us," is what you said in your first post here, but is see that later you showed that you only worry about how it would affect you. Which is fine, but I respect more objective points of view.

Anyway, my proposal would help you over somebody who recruited coaches long time ago.

(Age-45)/2+45=NewAge (or something like this)
105 -> 75 Older user's coach
89 -> 67
80 -> 63 Your coach
78 -> 62
55 -> 50
47 -> 46

"Some of us" was a figure of speech as I am not the only who made these choices (staff investment) as a relatively new user. You make a proposal, I tell you how badly this would impact a team like mine, what is wrong ? I just wanted you to take into consideration one other user experience even if this is mine.

When you +1 instinct 'They served good, time to say thank you' commenting "So many people just thinking about themselves" when the statement of instinct, which I respect, is based on a personal experience with the game, where is the objectivity you are talking about ?
2020-04-27 16:08:02
Instincts objectivity is clear.
Just because he used himself as an example, doesn't mean that he is not objective.

He recruited his last coaches in 2013. So he is okay with loosing money now because he didn't lose any money since 2013 (on recruitment).
