Dtox9 to All
Lots of managers are talking about the "gap" between new and older clubs and that newer clubs should have better starting teams etc...

My proposition:

Give New Teams different goals to achieve in order to "earn" their Pro Team Licence

And by "earn", I mean, give x number of requirements they should achieve by doing things like for example:

-Build a stadium with at least x places

-Have at least x value in your financial status

-Have a youth school with at least x Youngsters

-Have a Main trainer with x value general trainer skill

-Have 3 assistent trainers with at least x value general trainer skill

-Have a Youth player promoted to the first team and play at least x matches in the First squad

-Reach a minimum average rating of x value in a League match

-...

-Final Achievement: Win the competition after All previous achievements are reached.

The list should be long enough in order for new teams to make their focus on building a decent and stable team for them, to be able to play against bigger clubs, because winning all matches against bots, direct promotion and losing against all clubs in the higher division, isn't conductive for new teams at all!
But important... Give these teams a "league" of their own, a competition of their own and league champions of their own.

And for older clubs, in order for them to stay at the top, they should validade in some points to maintain their Pro Team Licence.
With this, "farming" clubs with no sportive plans, lose their Pro Team Licence because, let's be honest,...

It's not normal for "rich" teams to sit on their money, doing nothing with it... Fans should erupt in anger in clubs doing this!
Also daytrading... you want to do that? Ok, But not in the Pro Team League!
With this system, you divide the new teams and the "farming and daytrading" teams with the teams who wants to achieve sportive succes and you make the divisions a lot more competitive...

Not sure what to think of this.

What I do know, new teams + youth schools is not a good combination ;) Or maybe to get 16y old players for selling, but even that is a 20-25k gamble each week (cheap youth coach + 6 spots)

That's why I said the list should be long enough!
And give every achievement a decent reward!

Youth teams in new(er) clubs are indeed a hard and difficult feature, but in my opinion, that team isn't ready to compete against bigger clubs...

I do like the idea of introducing goals in some way, even if it is only for some kind of trophies.

ALL 'olds" farming teams, day-trading teams can check all your pro license, easy.

3 assistants? : good , farming !

Build a stadium with at least x places ? : Good investment for later... farmers and day traders are welcome.

Have at least x value in your financial status? YES, inactive millionaires check this ! day traders too , they need millions for trading !

...

Seriously i dont understand the idea.

Please would you finally read things thoroughly before judging and declining everything...

Those are only examples and only "some" examples for NEW teams!

The restrictions for maintaining the Licence should be yet implemented.
It's an idea that needs thought to think everything through and implement the features everyone feels good with...

With each division you rise you can raise the x value of the team ratings for instance...
Farming teams don't reach that value... most of the time.
Unless you can farm AND combine results (or at least a maintenance on a decent level)
It's for the teams who doesn't want to play for results but only for farming or daytrading...
This way it's not prohibited, but you simply won't be able to reach a certain division level doing this...

YEs i can read more deeply, but hey sorry it's difficult to talk and talk when starting from a so much confusing starting point. Not only me i think. But just my opinion. It's ok.

All i can think is : reach the first place in all our division and get money rewards! reach the last and loose money !

That's a basic and simple challenge ! And you know what? this doesn't happen in sokker, because hey, it's cool to stay at low divs, more rewards to invest and improve your teams. Your proposal is complex and solve a wrong problem : the problem is we get more money from trading (and training) than challenging the first and last division positions. That"s the point.

No... In first place this idea is for NEW teams, again...
To prevent them from getting beaten up by all opponents in their league.

and to be simple... why?
You're a manager, that job shouldn't be simple...
