How many times did you think, I like this player but he doesn't fit my training plan!?

As we are moving towards train to play philosophy, what about introducing some sort of individual training?

In current system if we want to train a player we organize training in weeks to pop format, i.e. for example 4 weeks of playmaking then 5 weeks of passing then 5 weeks of technique and 2 pace in off season. (me being mid trainer)

What if we could make weekly individual training for every single player in similar order:

Player 1: 25% PM, 30% pass 30% tech, 15% pace
Player 2: 60% def, 30% pace, 10% tech
Player 3: 90% striker, 10% tech

That way we could achieve same long-term goals, but be more flexible player wise. It will also create a possibility to keep talented youth player who doesn't fit training plan or train different players to position type mold etc.

Individual training could or should be mixed with team training, for instance 60-40 ratio or something like that which could be agreed upon.

Talent, trainers' skills, age etc also imply.

Please don't jump on details, as this is just an idea and those are plain examples.

What do you think?

i like it....

i wrote something similar in my idea but more trainink changes: http://sokker.org/forum_topic/ID_forum/63355/ID_topic/3440550/pg/0#new

GT same as now or make group DEF, MID, GK, STRIKER. Individual training set for the best players but no only one skill but what players need. Right now I have one player with maximal passing, but others do not have passing so I must sell him and I do not like it.

So, it seems I had a good way of thinking, but more complex then what was offered to us earlier today.

Hell yeah! XD

10 spots to train, and you will need a good set of players for all the competitions

Now you got me thinking. They will force us to be competitive in order to train young players.
No more just collecting 10 young talents and train them for profit.. wicked.

yep, that's why I always suggested removing friendlies

I like the idea of playing two league games per week and use possibility to train 10 players to maximum, thus having to choose which young players, when and on which position could play to win both matches.

So, that is why there was Option 3 with 12 team league.

you can still have profit training, your league team may only have juniors, or you can have 3 good players and give juniors 30-40 minutes, in official matches and all in friendlies.

Moreover, now you will train better within each position-training, then talent will be the key for those 10 slots

+1 for me its just one disadvantage will be hard to track talent (if thats affects chart of progress some how ) definitely worth
