Subject: [idea]Finances bonus - home players

Hi,

I don't see any kind of idea expressed in all topics opened (even if i did not read all...).

Maybe it could be interesting to give bonus (financially) to teams who have YS and especially those who keep their juniors into the main squad by reducing by 50% i.e. the salary of these players to :
* give challenge to have a YS and keep some own players
* help new teams to have YS and keep own players

What do you think of that idea ?

imo that's just an artificial "bonus" for Y.S. Teams usually don't keep their youngs because their re too much uncompetitive (or un-trainable)

We just need more skilled juniors than now. That's it. In that case, (new) teams will keep more youngs. done.

Also, (diary #4) Devs thinking about training and juniors reform... we can't speculate until now...

maybe if have own youth in team, can be better for fans and will come more peoples to match... and gain more money for selling ticket...

As long as not more money enters the game without getting money out of the game. There is already way too much money in the game. Because of that redicoules prices for players no one can afford except clubs with that much money. That is killing the TL list and the possibilty for newer managers (playing for 2 or 3 seasons) to buy okay players for reasonable prices.

This makes sense. But than there could be more reasons for fans to attend games or buy merchandise or etc. Consider CR7 who is not a local player but definitely forced more people to watch Juventus games.

This on a contrary doesn't make any sense to me. I can't imagine why one should force a team to adopt a certain style. The game is fun to chose any strategy you want and compete with players who adopt different strategy.
