if something is good why we should change it ? just because we need change? im for what NT system is now with adding competitions that naturally happened in sokker during years based on polls and feedback of NT communities adjusted to new weeks ..
before we see new weeks nothing we can say. Making game as RL is not always good thing as i mentioned before reality in sokker is different

I just tried to make something that would fit in a shorter season (less than 14 weeks).

I don't really care about this. It's a secondary thing in the game.

its most important part i can personally say in most communities iv been NT

no matter from the calendar, we can agree, than 2 NT games in week is not an option.
Maybe in season break it could be extra NT game or two? but thats all i think.

no need to change at all about that. Just it's good moment in time to talk about it.

only if good tools for NT implemented and even then irregularity in fixtures is bad thing :(
thats why im pushing 14 weeks season anything without this just does not make sense will be opposite on the target of making game more dynamic to make world cup once in 4 seasons for example ...

i'm just thinking that seasonal break is quite boring. It could be some extra content for users at that time.

I have a vague idea and I would like to know the feedback before i decide to work on it more thoroughly.

All Countries are assigned to the Continental association. 49 countries in Europe, 17 in Asia and Oceania, 12 in North and Central America, 10 in South America, 10 in Africa. 98 countries totally.

WC Qualification groups consist of countries from the same Continental assocciation. If there would not be enough countries in some groups, then they could be perhaps merged from other continents.

All qualification groups would be sorted by average ranking position of its members. And according to it there would be 1-2 places promoting to A World cup + some places promoting to B World cup + the rest of the places promoting to C World cup

@slavista this is terrible idea based on sokker reality 15 of 16 teams in ranking are from europe just do not make any sense european championship yes but wcq based on this no .....

For continantal cup in U27, it's good in the seconde half season, not many matchs, only in Cup.
And you have 2 challenges during the NT mandate.

I did the counting. Number of countries from each continent
in the last World cup:
Europe - 24
South America - 3
Asia and Oceania - 3
North and Central America - 2
Africa 0

in the last U21 World cup
Europe - 26
South America - 4
North and Central America 1
Asia - 1
Africa -1


My proposal could change it to something like this for example:
Europe - 21-22
South America - 3-4
Asia and Oceania - 3
North and Central America - 2-3
Africa - 1-2


This is just a rough estimation. I would have to do some tests. But I think it would help countries from other continents at the expense of Europe.

and why you will make this way andora never qualifies

as you said, it is The World Cup, not the European championship. So if Andorra or Letzemburg don't make it into 22 European teams qualifying to the World Cup, I am ok with that
