Expand Youth School upgrading to High Youth School

Currently youth schools are limited to 1-6 players entering per sokker-week.
The limit of youngs is 30.
You need 1 trainer

Costs (in my case, I want to invest to achive the best youngs):
30 slots: 30 000 $
1 unearthly trainer: 57 300 $

Well, for me there is no way to get more good juniors than going to market and paying a big amount of money for any good prospect.
This cause the money useless because if I could, I want invest all this money in my school.

So my proposal is:

To expand youth school feature with a new (and complementary) option: upgrade to high school.

This is how it works:

Increase of the slots to 31-35. Every extra-slot costs 10 000 $. You can expand slot by slot every week.

Every extra-slot assure that you get 1 extra-junior. (of course the rest of the juniors (30 slots) will continue entering in the same way than usual)

You need to hire 1 assistent to train more than 30 slots (of course, "slots" and not "juniors" because you need to fire some of them to free some slots)

Upgrade to High school: Cost= 0

Hire a new coach assistent: Depend on market or tries in trainer's page searcher.

Wage of new coach assistent: 30 000 $ to 60 000 $ (depends but you don't upgrade your school to ending hiring a bad coach)

Slots Costs:
30 slots: 30 000 $ (as usual) Youths entering= 1-6
+1 slots: +10 000 $ = 40 000 $ Youths entering= 1-6 (+1 always)
+2 slots: +10 000 $ = 50 000 $ Youths entering= 1-6 (+2 always)
+3 slots: +10 000 $ = 60 000 $ Youths entering= 1-6 (+3 always)
+4 slots: +10 000 $ = 70 000 $ Youths entering= 1-6 (+4 always)
+5 slots: +10 000 $ = 80 000 $ Youths entering= 1-6 (+5 always)

For me is matter to reward managers who like to rise a team based on own youth school with only some few players bought in market. That's all.

I do like a way for managers to increase the effect of their financial input in the youth so, that a random factor of extra quality and/or quantity of the youth will be gained.

My idea for a youth school would be this:

Basic youth School: Max 1 youth coach, max 20 youth players, max 5 new players each week.
Looks: 1 training field with small light poles, 1 Shower cabine with 2 dressing Rooms
Costs: 1 Youth coach (Max Incredible), 500€ for each training spot with a maximum of 10000€ for 20 slots

Advanced Youth School: Max 1 youth coach, Max 25 youth players, Max 6 new players each week.
Looks: 2 training fields in which 1 for matches with corner light poles, 2 Shower Cabines with 4 dressing Rooms, 1 Cantine
Costs: 1 Youth coach (Max Magical), 1000€ for each training spot with a max of 25000€ for 25 slots, 10000€ Maintenance

Expert Youth School: Max 2 Youth coaches, Max 35 youth players, Max 8 new players each week.
Looks: 3 training fields in which 1 for matches with 1 side tribune, 1 Shower block with 6 shower Rooms, upper level Cantine and Corner light poles at each field
Costs: 1 or 2 Coaches (Max Unearthly), 1500€ for each training spot, with a max of 52500€ for 35 slots,
20000€ Maintenance

World Class Youth School:Max 3 Youth Coaches, Max 40 Youth players, Max 10 new players each week.
Looks: 5 training fields, 1 shower block (like expert youth school), Roof with lights at 1 side + corner light poles over 2 youth fields, 2 indoor youth fields and 1 larger youth stadium field With light Towers (For Matches) with AngelGrass
Costs: 2 or 3 Coaches minimum Magical, 2000€ for each training spot, with a max of 80000€ for 40 slots,
50000€ Maintenance

Now the differences in each level...

Basic Youth School: Minimum youth player level = Tragic, Max youth player level = Good (as it is now) for new players, Max 20y old...
Max costs = 10k players + incredible youth coach (+-25k) = 35k, NO MAINTENANCE!!

Advanced Youth School: Minimum youth player level = Unsatisfactory, Max youth level = Good, max 19y old
Max costs = 25k players + Magical youth coach (+-38k) + 10k maintenance = 73k

Expert Youth School Min. youth player level = Poor, Max youth level = Solid, max 19y old
Max costs = 52.5k players + 2 Unearthly coaches (+-90k) + 20k maintenance = 162.5k

World Class Youth School: Min. youth player level = Weak, Max youth level = Very Good, max 18y old
Max costs = 80k players + 3 Unearthly coaches (+-140k) + 50k maintenance = 270k

This way you significally increase the costs (and make money flow out of the game) but also eliminate the possibility of (nearly) worthless players to enter the school with the increased possibility for a decent youth player to enter. You cannot increase the costs without a certain certitude for those schools to pull a good player...
And maybe an upgrade cost for each level increase (1 time)

Basic school = 30k
Advanced school = 100k
Expert school = 500k
World Class school = 2M

Great idea.

Hopefully others can build off it, and keep the cost a weekly thing. Maybe there can be a formula for every addition youth you choose, so in theory you could have 50 youths or 60, if you had the money to fund it.

ie every youth (slot) added, costs and extra 1 000 € on top of the previous one, and every 1-10 youths above the basic, requires an extra coach.

Youth slot 31-40 --> costs 65 000 € per week for the 10 youths +bril/mag coach = estimate 93 750 € more per week
Youth slot 41-50 --> costs 165 000 € per week for the 10 youths + bril/mag coach = estimate 193 750 € more + the 31-40 = 287 500 € per week

And so on. Would be a great money sink, but rich clubs may still find it quite nice, especially the first 10.

Even up to 50, it's only 5 000 000 € per season, and when there are many clubs sitting on over 62 500 000 €, I can see them doing this.

So up to 60 would cost 265 000 € for the youths, +bril/mag coach = estimate 293 750 € bringing the grand total for 60 slots to about 587 500 € per week, which although is crazy, I can see people doing it just to try and pull the next amazing youth (and with 62 500 000 € in the bank, they can do this for 2 years

well, most of users are rich in sokker terms of richness so they will all just buy the best possibility

also, this will cause like 2 times more juniors so this would empower already overpowered sokker players even more (there is too much powerful players in sokker, to much good players and not enough weak and mediocre players and this would cause these numbers to differ even more)

although, I also regret the fact that I have no use of sokker money and would gladly invest them in my YS, but Your idea does not seem good to me, at least not without tweaking YS first so there would be much less powerful and good juniors and much more mediocre and weak ones instead

I want that too, but we should remember that it should be well balanced to stay being real option not option which everyone choose

currently, You can have prosperous Youth School, You can't invest in it any money (at least not more than 120k for places + wage of juniors coach) but You can have juniors form it and use them in Your squad and it is valid option, but chosen by very few, because most of users buy youngsters on the transfer market and this is also good, and in fact I would even like to more or less it stay this way, maybe not exactly, but still TL should win and especially I dont want to cause situation that nearly everyone have YS and nearly everyone uses them like I am now (as a main source of their players)

This feature is not for everyone. High costs is for that. Only managers with a strong love for his school can afford these costs.

Well, i sign for it. But I want to invest in own nacionality players for sure. Is a complementary idea.

For newbies the game* is still the same once this feature is implemented, because this is a higher level.

Your addition is very interesting. A bit complicated in comparison to simple idea to expand slots and assure number of youths but is in developers hand to judge if it worths enpough such tasks.

It doesn't have to be complicated. Have an explanation space for each youth level and all benefits and costs displayed.
Maybe if "youth coaches" wouldn't be recruited or bought as they are now, but allready placed in levels for the matching school levels. So if you want to "recruit" a youth coach, increase the costs for each level, but make sure a suitable coach WILL appear with that cost...
I always thought the recruiting system a bit too random and certainly too expensive for higher level recruiting...
