Subject: [idea] Expand Youth School upgrading to High Youth School

What if I tell you that my unearthly andorran coach comes with only one searh at trainers page?
But the matter is that the more higher leveled school the higher costs it have to be. If not, the market will be flooded with players.
You must to choose: or high leveled young school or tranfer market dependence.

Then you're extremely lucky!
I've recruited for over 5M€ and never ever had any Unearthly coach!

Great idea.
Hopefully others can build off it, and keep the cost a weekly thing. Maybe there can be a formula for every addition youth you choose, so in theory you could have 50 youths or 60, if you had the money to fund it.
ie every youth (slot) added, costs and extra 1 000 $ on top of the previous one, and every 1-10 youths above the basic, requires an extra coach.
Youth slot 31-40 --> costs 65 000 $ per week for the 10 youths +bril/mag coach = estimate 93 750 $ more per week
Youth slot 41-50 --> costs 165 000 $ per week for the 10 youths + bril/mag coach = estimate 193 750 $ more + the 31-40 = 287 500 $ per week
And so on. Would be a great money sink, but rich clubs may still find it quite nice, especially the first 10.
Even up to 50, it's only 5 000 000 $ per season, and when there are many clubs sitting on over 62 500 000 $, I can see them doing this.
So up to 60 would cost 265 000 $ for the youths, +bril/mag coach = estimate 293 750 $ bringing the grand total for 60 slots to about 587 500 $ per week, which although is crazy, I can see people doing it just to try and pull the next amazing youth (and with 62 500 000 $ in the bank, they can do this for 2 years

This more ambitious than what I proposed. Of course, I love it.

Rich clubs are rich because their leagues are plenty of good managers (good traders, trainers, tacticians...) in a major league. The issue is that only strong national leagues can have such a competitivity. So, for me, don't matter if rich clubs want to get more juniors, they will keep on being rich but I would have a chance to build a strong club with low incomes (sposors and spectators 2 matches per season) because our league only have 3 active managers of 4 users (the fourth is like a bot; no purchases, no sellings, no youths). This feature would reduce the gap between clubs at high level.
I think Sokker must be a game where you have no limit to be reached if you are playing well. Currently, without the proper membership in a major league, you can only reach 2 or 3 rounds in Champions Cup.

It sounds good for me. Currently I cannot invest more money in my school because is a limited feature; so I'm oblied to purchase players at high costs (we are "talking" about to build a strong team) if I want to get some reinforces.
With a higher leveled school, I can build a team more capable of winning the champions after 6-8 seasons (training hard).

Thanks. I was sort of just writing as I was thinking, but this is exactly how ideas build in forums, and it can only be good for the game.
Obviously I have focused on the money sink this game badly needs, in a way that really encourages it, but you are completely right, it also works for the smaller teams too, because if they can afford to have more youths, or want to be more home grown, the option is there with this system.
