@Terrion yes, perhaps something like that. But I still dislike that there is no element of strategy. Everyone who can afford to have a junior coach and a junior school opened, can afford to have 6 places opened. Why would anyone open fewer places if everyone can afford to have maximum places opened?

Not everyone can afford it: beginners have little resources. They probably should have 6 slots open at the beginning of the season and reduce them along the season

Yes. This was my first season. I could not afford a coach so I just opened the places if someone good comes but then closed the school.

But almost all users reached the maximum a long time ago. There is no place to grow. Everyone has magical/unearthly junior coach, 6 places opened and just waiting

What if we had to pay more for every other new slot opened? It would make sense. For the higher probability of incoming juniors, it would require additional expenses on the scouting. This is just for illustration. The numbers could be different. But what is important, it would not change the current system much and it would bring the element of strategy. If the expenses were balanced, people would have to consider if it is worth opening all slots or not.

Today I had unearthly youth with 8 GK skill and 9 striking just amazing :)

The games keep alive because they are developed and adapted to current times. I sometimes don't believe what i read. If we want sokker to grow and get new users we have to think about progress.

some times the best new things are old ones but just polished right and the guy has his point this is not fifa or pess
i play old version of fifa some times they are more fun :) more examples heroes 3 and 4 clasic civilization 4 etc ...
