Subject: [idea] National Youth School

So, the idea is to have one YS for each country on a national level.

I don't want to go too much into details, but here are a few starting points:
- Nobody would control the NYS, to prevent insider trading;
- Nobody would profit from selling juniors from the national youth school;
- There should be more slots than in normal YS because nobody would be picking the best juniors to fit in 30 slots;
- Upon exiting, juniors would be automatically placed on the transfer list. This would happen in prime time for transfers (20:00 in the timezone of the country in question).

Why?

This would mean nothing to big sokker countries, but it would greatly increase the player pool of the smallest sokker nations.
This would also increase the number of young players on the market, and that would benefit new managers.

This is pretty similar to the foreign scout, which is a better solution IMO

But making a NT for juniors that compete in a Junior WC is a great idea. +1 for that :)

So does that mean NOBODY will have a youth school anymore?? Or what would you say??
I don't really see the benefit of this...

If the point is to be "extra" to have a larger pool of youth players...sure... but then I'd prefer to "add" more players to the existing teams. You probably want money to flow out of the game like this...
But then I prefer a more expensive youth system, for each manager to choose how much they're willing to pay for expantions...
This will only work IF the U21 manager is getting control over the youthschool and is able to "train" them as well...
Once they become 22, sell them...And then it might be a good buffer for youth players in botteams, so they can keep on developping in the U21 squad. When the managers would return before the players become 22, they should return to their team... (say for plus users f.e.)
And U21 team exclusive players should get individual training, in order to train in favour of the U21 team...
A win-win then :-)

This is supposed to be "extra."
Imagine 98 extra users who are just producing juniors and selling them immediately.

The point is to boost smaller sokker nations. Every other effect is just a bonus.
This would get a little money out of the game, reduce the prices a bit, offer a little more young players on TL for new users. Those are all small effects.
But the big effect would be on a nation that has only a few users. It would give a lot of boost to some national teams.

This is basically extra juniors on TL, introduced trough the same system (YS) as all other players.

I like both this idea and the idea for teams to have a scout in a foreign country to scout for youth players there
