-1 unreal idea
As far as i know DEVs want to REDUCE too many divine players, so any proposal, to make juniors even stronger, has no chances to pass.

not unreal.

At the same time, devs can reduce skills progression and training during times, or making things less linear ...

A good mix is too push more descent young players in the game and reduce progression and importance of specific training in favor of more General training... Devs could play with many parameters, reduce few randoms in Y.S ...

My proposal, what it would mean, would be to have young players in the initial starting lines of the Youth Academy (16-17) with higher skills, which would mean that more powerful players would come to the market and that would imply that even the team most humble of the smallest league in the world, a 16-year-old youth could have the possibility of uploading to his team with levels much higher than those that leave now and even if he wanted to sell it he could get a very satisfactory transfer for his impoverished economy

Young schools are the biggest difference of the sokker from other manager games. So this is one of the most important thing about sokker evoulution i think. If they ignore young schools, this would be a big mistake. YS are a big excite for a lot of users, and i guess lots of users are not happy about YS now. So every idea about YS should be considered.

It will make a huge advantage for all users who have a decent youth academy, so the gap between old and new users, like me, who cannot affor YS, will grow even faster then before.

I highly appreciate your opinion

Believe it or not, opening the academy with a few players should not be a financial problem. Remember that youth academy players do not need to play. It is enough that they have a coach and every Thursday they receive training.

Said user, who found his team in 2006, plays in 2nd division and has a stadium with capacity of 50 000 ...

I am not going to refute it, you are absolutely right. But look at my transactions, to go up this year in the Second Division I have had to sweat blood. Every penny spent on the team has been a titanic effort, at most I can hope to buy a player for one or two million euros, little more. But that is why I want all the teams to have more resources and getting a Youth Academy with a larger fan to receive younger players is a very powerful plus for these teams.

said user who sold his last player with profit that would cover two entire seasons of youth school expenses with a brilliant coach

Do you think my main coach and asisstans are working for free? :) I will open YS in the future, but fristly i have to build a way bigger stadium and promote to at least 4th DIV in my country. I'm very happy with current YS system, I would keep it as it is.

It's too random to stay as it is...

Youth players who stay 12 weeks on the same skill (with magical youth coach) is ridiculous.
Youth players whom improve NEVER get worse, like often happens in sokker, unless they're injured for a long period...but youth players never get injured in sokker, so...

after 18weeks in youth school my junior drops from outstanding to excellent -.-

3juniors pop down
2juniors pop up

what a training

I think I am going to terminate the youth school, it only drives my crazy and I am paying 70k every week for a nothing and I dont see a single player with potential to pay me back at least those 70k
