Subject: [Idea] Merge of small countries/leagues

2021-01-27 19:29:52
Scotland down to 17 teams/ 15 active+2 bots.

Any dev or admin knows if there's any idea to do this?

Yup just going to keep dropping unless we can bring all the active teams together to have a proper competition

Australia div II currently getting decimated by "new users" (who happen to have the same IP for last log in), making it hard for the few teams there to gain sponsors as all the other bot teams who had some sponsors are getting replaced by the new team default.

This is causing league prestige to drop, and making it impossible for them to promote.

This is another reason why the small countries need to merge so that these kind of things don't continue to cause big issues for the whole community. Due to the lack of division levels, when even one team Auto-promotes and one drops, it causes an overall big decrease in active teams. The more leagues there are, the more "buffer" there is for the active community.

Currently (in all countries) the lowest league is affected a lot, 2nd lowest league affected a bit (1/8) and 3rd lowest league affected a small amount (1/64). Unfortunately, for small countries, the 2nd lowest league is their top league meaning all small nations are affected by this quite a bit. By merging all the small nations, this allows more levels, and more buffer.

An admin logs in new teams account when they are created. If it's not that, you have a vpn infection. Good luck!

First Covid, then VPN...time to mask up all those sk-teams haha

I think Korea have now 0 active users. 3 of them were expelled and the other 3 are new users that only connected once.

Yup, when you have noone to play against, the game gets boring very quick.

With no local teams, and no international league I'm sure they don't see much point

But you are very persistent, aren't ya :-p

Someone has to look out for them. Otherwise there is 0% chance of them sticking around and it becomes a game with a dozen nations.

:-)

I think this should be a start point for talks with devs. Otherwise, we'll end with only European teams and some from South America.

Under training tab , I am able to see efficiency of my head coach ( I don't have any assistant coach at the moment )
If i hire an assistant coach , do ı see only his efficiency or somehow do ı see the general efficiency of the training on somewhere ?

I mean ı wanna analyze how many & which level of assistant coaches are needed but not sure how to do it easily . Any recommendation ?

I'm sorry if this question has been asked before :(

Exactly right Crea, we are about to lose our number 1 player in our country due to not having proper competition for 10 or more seasons. And he was a regular plus buyer, so it means lost income for the devs

I wrote something in the tread of the news because this is getting pretty bored!

Yeah, although there it also gets lost in the talk that could be in other threads as well. A lot of small country managers have agreed and continue to remind them that this is not only what we want, but what is needed.
And waiting for some magical amount of new managers won't fix it as I pointed out earlier, all the experienced managers will have left from the small countries, so the new guys coming through will get bored too.
And even if the experienced managers stay, it's still a couple of real life years before the new side may even attempt to put up a fight, so we are talking at the minimum, 4-5 real life years before a new manager, even if they were to come from advertising, is even a good contest.

This game is very quickly going to end up with less than 6 competitive teams, and less than a dozen with any sort of numbers, completely killing the NT in the progress, as well as any profits that can be made by being a world wide game
