1- Players can't get injured on friendly matches.
2- Every injured player receive X% less effectiveness on training but does receive training.
Reason: Everyone could play fun matches on wednesday without guilty, test your tactics with B team and it will stop this boring 2 x 2 tactics. Last point: no one wants a dead player for 2, 3 or 4 weeks.

-1 because it's not real and many people would sacrifice official tournaments, but +1 to the chances of injury are less (more relaxed match).
2- Every injured player receive X% less effectiveness on training but does receive training. I think 25% less would be a great value but it's all up to dev's.
Player should receive training for minutes played the day of the injury.

That's bad because a player can get injured for 30 days in just 2 minutes on the pitch. I think if a player get injured for the time of 2 or more matches he could get the same training effectiveness every week (90'(%) - X%). I think it will work great on the new system with 10 training slots.

There needs to be balance between risk and reward for every type of match.
Let's say that league and cup matches give 40% training (+50% or whatever the 10 trainees will get), and there is also a certain risk of injury.
If friendlies give 20%, risk of injuries should be two times smaller.
NT matches should give something small like 5% (plus experience) and be risk free.

they will! they are carefully observing everything we write here!
I think it is a bug that players cannot injure while training. Because in real life it is not rare that they get injured during the training session.
This is not how it works. It must be tested first on testing server.
