Long injuries leave players without training for long periods, this is bad especially for young players. We need to adjust this, I support the idea.

I think it is a bug that players cannot injure while training. Because in real life it is not rare that they get injured during the training session.
We don't need to bring everything from real Soccer to Sokker.
The game needs to be fun, enjoyable. Life is very difficult, we don't need to bring everything that is bad about it to the game. So I advocate that injuries have less impact. Like for example not to hinder training.
For the same reasons I argue that we want to have continental competitions and more teams playing these competitions. The game needs more winners, if you cannot be world champion, let it be AFRICA for example. If you cannot be a Serie A champion, be second or third and win a place in the liberadores.
If we want more users, we have to have more happy people. And I don't want an easier game, I just want more intermediate "achievements".

but what is the point about making the game easier? this is a management game, taking out the injuries is just removing a management feature directly.
An option could be adding more tools to manage the risk and randomness, e.g., a feature showing whether the player is prone to injuries or not, you could also show more directly the pitch condition for each game (regardless if it is a home or away game), and you could also relate the form with the probability of getting injuries. Then you could rather choose to put in X player in Y game or not, or you could filter the friendly request by pitch condition and so on.

I agree, it would be less random, that is also not the point, at least not my point. I don't want the game to be less random by being easier, that is why I proposed some ideas which, I think, wouldn't hurt the gameplay.
