*ady*, I already answered, I mentioned that I also did it on my jobs. I will be more specific, just because you asked:
Briefly one of my stories from one of my jobs:
I managed a company on 2012. Our biggest competitor wanted to organize an expedition and asked, if our company wants to buy a stand on the expo.
Our company buyed one stand and offered 8 people to help on organizing the expo. 8 experienced people, for free!
The result: The expo was a big success. More guests, more possible clients than expected, for everyone and more profit for everyone. A win-win situation for all participants.
Exactly the same happens also in sokker, thanks to Kryminator (SkUnk), Terrion (Asistente), Ramonymuos (sokker-manager.net) and others, who share their ressources to the whole community. The result: Sokker gets more interesting, more fun etc for evryone, who uses their tools (for free).
If also Kryminator, Terrion and Ramonymous have a profit, I don't know, but I guess their profit is very high on emotional dimension and this is the most effective fuel to go on in life.
@ Terrion: I don't know "The English Game". I know "Pay It Forward", it rocks! ;D

As a NT coach, it is very time demanding to copy one of your own tactics into a NT tactic.... the idea of being able to copy it into the NT folder, would really be nice..

Also to copy from NT to club, so wherever you make a tactic you can copy it. Otherwise it is very tedious to make something you already have.
This doesn't sound like a hard thing to implement. Same request that we already make when we create a new tactic, just directed to a different part of the database, I guess. Plus "Send to NT/club" buttons in the editor.
I think this is more important than the "copy" option from the old editor. I have never used that button, but all NT coaches would use "Send to NT/club."
