But Is it a must that YS is profitable for everyone? It should depend on luck, or IRL all teams have all seasons great Juniors? I think the opposite...even Top teams don't have big profits selling juniors, but maybe we ever can get a Messi for our team or sell him...A lot of users train their juniors and they make profit playing in their teams (like Messi in Barcelona who is sport and economical profitability, not for sell).

On the other hand, I have those profits because I've been training a lot of them in first team but I am not very lucky with juniors...so I think it's almost always profitable.
Moreover, with new training system juniors will be more important and current system is ok.

But Is it a must that YS is profitable for everyone?

Not everyone, but the vast majority of schools are in deficit or very low profit. If all managers calculated the (real) profit as I estimated it for your team, there wouldn't be many schools left :-)

I've been training a lot of them in first team but I am not very lucky with juniors

In fact you are lucky ! 50M transfer is not so bad (check other teams stats !!), and when you remove wages expenses in first team, your profit is certainly around 0 to 10M€ for ... 25 seasons :-)

So is was just point 3: The vast majority of schools are in deficit. And there are 6 other reasons not to train juniors :-/

Maybe you are right, and you must add the cost of hiring the coach because I have spent many millions before having my magical coach (I've never gotten an unearhtly coach and I don't know if that's profitable considering this).
Anyway, as I said before, I consider I am not very lucky with juniors (maximum level of juniors I've gotten are brilliant and only 1-2 in all my "sokker life"). That's why I suppose that for most users it's profitable, because I see in market a lot of fresh juniors over 10m€.
However, I think this is like real life, and I like it because everyone can't get good juniors and always earn money.

I think is worst what happens with trainer assistants. I have three but I'm almost sure that it's not profitable if you do the numbers.

I see in market a lot of fresh juniors over 10m€.

A lot ? Just check the actual market for the next days. Zero.
And a majority of the 10M€ are not sell directly from Young school or from the original Y.S team.

Usually i speak about 5% of valuable, according to my view in France as NT scout and coach. In this 5%, the small part, 1% are valuable (in direct selling) more than 2M+. Yours 10M€ it's a dozen over thousands of fresh new players and Y.S. The problem is not about the 1% (Messi should rare, ok), the problem is a Y.S can't get profitable without touching young stars.

# Table from sokker-manager.net
# TimeRange: 04.09.2020 - 11.09.2020, after the age update, till Thursday night (exactly 1 week)
# Top 10 transfers of U21
# 4 players sold for over 10 M €. 2 of them after leaving Y.S..

4 players is a lot for the first week... Every week the figures will be higher... as usual.

4 players is really not a surprise for the first week :) Prices burning high but that's a distorted vision, 99% the market don't move, the average price is still the same : 1€

That is what i said, and repeat again : it's ok to get super lucky at 1%, its not to keep a young school for little profit or a million deficit during YEARS.

But since there s too much randoms factor and poor skills at start the fact is we have 1% at 10M€, 5% of sellable youngs (100k to 2M€), and 94% around 1€ to 1k€ : that's a pretty rude ratio for the vast majority of Y.S and that's why we see the market burning season after season.

What's your proposal? More top players in YS? I think that's not good for the game.
Devs want to avoid it.

I think it's well-adjusted. You need to be lucky like in other games or real life. It's not funny and unreal if everyone could get top juniors.
