Subject: [idea] Youth Market

Khatibi [del] to All
It would be nice to have a Youth Market.
It would be nice to have the chance to buy a young player from another youth school.
The offer comes to the owner of the young and he decides whether to accept or not.
If the current manager chooses to accept the offer, his young will continue his growth in the new team.
You can have a youth market where only age, level, number of weeks and statistics, name and team are not visible.

Each coach can decide whether to make his young player visible on the market.

It would be difficult, how would you do? by auction or price set? If it's the second one as you want I think it would alter junior leagues easily, although it could be limited to a single transfer to avoid cheats.

Transfers without bidding is very difficult to control unless juniors are limited to a single transfer and other rules.

very interesting idea, it would certainly liven up the game and more money could flow from rich to poo, but it is hard to imagine possible side effects

No auction. only offer valid for one week because the number of remaining weeks changes every Thursday.
in this way it is possible to buy young foreigners too.
the number of places available is moderated by the new implementation of the youth sectors.

Single transfer is a good idea.

I think It could also increase the difference between rich and poor teams, but it's good idea...with single or two transfers in order to avoid cheats, and can't return to same teams.

I don't agree...

You WILL be able to get a top-notch youth player with the basic accommodations. Thing is... the chances will be higher if you invest more. But there's no certainty in it.

I cheer for this change, cause it makes the game way more challenging. Finally the youth will get more purpose.
I also hope the youth league will get a meaningfull upgrade, not the pointless arcade-like matches like it is now.

And I hope the foreign player % will be a chance for an additional player above the 3-6 maximum. Otherwise it'll have no meaningfull purpose to invest in.

Making an offer for a young who hasn't finished his weeks is a gamble. it can be very good but also very bad deal.
it could therefore be very advantageous for the owner. this keeps the difference between rich and poor unchanged.

And above all, the offer for a promising Young, also considering the sentimental factor, must be high to be accepted.
if the youth market is not used correctly, you risk spending too much compared how would you spend without buying.
It is a risk that only the best managers can take.

I don't know...I like idea but for sure that needs a sophisticated regulation. It's more complicated than it seems, and at the end big teams will learn to control juniors through rating and watching matches (big advantage for plus users) and they will take advantage creating more difference with poor teams having always top juniors.
Moreover it would be difficult to decide price without bidding and which user to sell to.

How about instead of making them available, it is just like our current markets.

So you can list a player and it goes to the highest bidder (can still set a minimum if you would like)

This would mean people get to make the choice of whether they would like some pre-pull money or take the gamble of skills.

I like it.

Not knowing the youngster's name and team would limit illegal offers between clubs.
Therefore it will not be possible to see the matches either.
Age, weeks, level and average vote per role may be the only visible information.

It's a good idea, but the time of placed up on market should disappear and it would depend on market because if there are a few players you can know easily. Really it's difficult.

I know it's really difficult but i hope in a good idea to avoid this problem.
For example, Young could be on market right away and can be removed by coaches if not interested in selling. So always full market:)

Thank you for the support:)
