Subject: [update] joining / leaving youth leguage in middle of the season

I've always thought that there is no point in lining up players without knowing their abilities, not even having a clue about them, that makes the youth league completely boring and pointless.

I would prefer that we could see the youth skills and thus align as in the senior team, although this means losing the "surprise" when they come out, you could even see if there is a player who is evolving badly as the weeks go by and remove him from the team instead of continuing to lose money on a player who in the end will be useless because due to his bad distribution he could not play any position.

I made a proposition to gradually let the skills show. Like this:

First skill after 1 match, 2nd after 3 matches, 3th after 5 matches, 4th after 10 matches, 5th after 15 matches, 6th after 20 matches, 7th after 25 matches, ALL on promotion...
Also, skilldrops are not realistic imo... A player who has adequate pace f.e. won't drop back to average when he's in development and training within the youth...

I think the skilldropps means the incertain of the coach, considering that the calcullus to estimate the junior sum is mutiplying by 3, two players with 9 and 10 level would have SS 27 and 30, respectively, but when a player have 28 of SS, f.e, it makes the coach a little confuse in what level the player is and he 'says' any of those levels.

Tbh... Any level the coach says is meh... There's not a single logic in the estimations. Cancel the estimations and give us our straight forward ''Simon says Brilliant!'' back!
