Subject: [Idea] Physical condition

What about implementing physical condition?

Now we have form and stamina but nothing to take into consideration the fatigue of the players due to the accumulation of the matchs.

With the new training reform and no more position restrictions, it will even be possible to play with the same starting 11 3 times a week.

Physical condition would bring more realism and will force the managers to make some more tricky decisions.

What do you think ?

Maybe form should take that into account:

- If the player plays 2 or more matches in a row and stamina is low, the chance to lower the form increases

- If the players rests right after having played the previous match, the chance to rise the form increases

If that will be the result of this discussion, it's best to forget we had this discussion in the first place :-s

But as to Physical... maybe strength could rise with length, weight, stamina and defence...and drops with pace and playmaking.
This way, strikers with def and less pace, could still be usefull and pace would not be the overpowered skill it is today, anymore...

with the current structure of the game finances it is very difficult to have more than 12-13 players that can play in a competitive level.

I like the idea generally because I believe that the users will adapt eventually but just because I think that with the current structure it will lead the users that play international fixtures or have NT players to choose matches I will say -1.

if a different way is applied I think that it would be possible!

@sviktorov : Stamina is something else, you misunderstood. I am talking about taking into consideration the fatigue due to the accumulation of matches.
But you are the one willing to remove injuries so I am not very surprise this would be annoying for you.

@Terrion : I was thinking about including this fatigue metric into the form, this would be maybe the easiest solution indeed.

I see but I'm still do not support it since training depends on fact you play or not anything that eventually will force you to not give 100 percent training will be bad..
Will require longer bench so more time on market so no :(

It could be distinguished the Psychological Form from the Physical Form: the first one would depend for example on the low use on the field and the results obtained on the field and would influence the more mental and concentration skills; the second one would depend for example on the too much use or the low use on the field and would influence the more physical skills. Obviously, the random element would remain in both types of form.
Then, if it makes sense to talk about this, we could also go into more detail. For now, I've written everything a bit off the top of my head.

+1 to mental and physical form!

It could f.e. distinguish a player with high mental but low physical form that he makes great choices like a sublime pass but has trouble following the pace of the game like positional play...
On the other hand, high physical, low mental form will create a player with high work ratio, but poor choices when he has the ball, like kicking the ball away in stead of running in the open to create space for his fellow players.
