Since beginning nothing has changed with the sponsors - payments. The players have changed also the trainers and it will come once again if the divine ones. The stadia have other demands resp. They became bigger and cost more.
How the future looks to all changes with the sponsors - payments. Do they remain or are there striking changes?
For my part I would welcome a positive reworking, above all after so long time and the coming innovations.

i have brilliant junior coach and 1 head coach very good and 2 x excellent asistant. im always - balance. Sponsors money too low.

I am not sure we want to put more money in the game, there is already too much inflation.

Perhaps. it is also a bit sufficient to make the revenues less substantial.

I think the idea should be another- increase sponsors payments, and increase tax for selling players to 10-15%. After change in sezon system we will have more matches in the week and also more ofen extra cash at the end of the sezon. We should consider same change about finanse.

The challenge is I hear some countries get more money than others. How do you expect to compete favourably with other teams. I think it is slavery

Based on your team's performance: league, cup, champion's cup etc. So ,even though you play in your country's First Division , the country's level is quite low. 3250.22 , the points you have right now, are points of some 3rd league teams in Poland or Romania, because they have played a long time and they have strong teams who win in the cup and have played champions cup at some point maybe... so you're team might be at the level of a 3rd team from a nother country. I hope I have made myself understood. I think this is how money from sponsors is awarded ...or a part of the algorithm. Somebody from the development team could confirm or deny my theory!
I'm playing a match on Wednesday against a 3rd league team that has 5800 points...

that is a nice idea.....tranfer fee for a player that is
half a season or less in club = 15%
half - whole season = gradually from 15 to 10%
2 seasons = gradually 5%

if one gets a bonus for master in every league. the rating system is aimed thus and if one completely gas not always gives one comes under the wheels.
This would be a beginning...

3250 is average in V league, sometimes in VI league you can find teams with ranking like that.

The problem is something another. Teams in Poland play league match only witch team in poland, so they get and loos ranking in comparison to other polish teams. Ranking is global, but it is hard to "move" ranking points from one country to another one. So it is hard to compare Polish/Romania teams with other countries. For example, I played friendly with champion of small country league. His ranking is ~6000 points, but his team is like a polish team with ranking ~3500-4000. In my opinion we should consider put together more small countries, and maybe think about some new competiton between clubs from another countries.

Maybe we should consider to make somethink like "League of Nations UEFA" but with clubs. Somethink like champions league but for almost everyone. It would be interesting for my. Now I can olny play with my leagues clubs and it want change until sokker will chang to 12 team in leagues. That would be the chance to face with another clubs like my (I started on this account 5 weeks ago).

In Central America I think almost everyone would like to merge the leagues of each country so we can be more users. I think merging the leagues of small countries like mine would help to improve the level.

In my opinion I think we should do like 2 Concacaf Leagues, one with Spanish speakers. Which would have these countries:

-Mexico (40 users)
- Guatemala (8 users)
-El Salvador (10 users)
- Honduras (10 users)
- Nicaragua (7 users)
- Costa Rica (11 users)
- Panama (20 users)
- Cuba (85 users)
- Republica Dominicana (14 users)

The first league will have 205 users with 4 divisions for example

And the second Concacaf league with english speakers:

-Canada (26 users)
- USA (42 users)
- Jamaica (5 users)

With 73 users with 3 or 4 division (thinking that the league will grow).

And there's no need to loose the NT. We could stay with the same actual format for national teams so each country will stay with its NT (and also U21).

In this way we can dream to improve the level of little countries like all the ones in Central America.

but I think we need to look at active users...only ~5 in Canada that have logged in last 2 weeks.

So need to merge more countries together or align them to be balanced with active users.

I disagree with this idea, the internal competition in each country would be lost, so if there are 10 users there is always internal competition and they fight for the honor of being the best in that country, also the champions of each country would cease to exist because the national tournament itself would cease to exist, there would be no champions from Guatemala, Canada, Honduras, etc...

I would propose a parallel regional league or cup (with groups stage), where the teams would associate according to their ranking and would move depending on the results of the season, similar format to the Nations League but for clubs,
