Subject: [IDEA] Trainee reports

I think I should take this to Devs, but I don't know how. And maybe talking with the community would help me to see were I'm wrong, and refine the idea.
I've been thinking about some issues I've heard here in the forums, especially about fake prints in the trainee pages. I'm quite new on sokker, so I didn't had problems with this yet, but maybe there is some way to solve this, I guess.
I did a quick read the DD archive and I didn't found anything about this, but maybe I just didn't notice it. Sorry, if that's the case.
But going on, I see no reason to hide the training reports of a player listed for transfer. If besides the skills we have access to an official trainning report about the player, it would solve it partially without hurting the identity of the game in my opinion.
Also, having access of these reports AFTER the transation (like a reporting history, idk) would be fair and useful, so the mannagers would have the right info to use their trainning facilities with max efficiency.
Maybe the accuracy of these reports could depend of the capabilities of the head coach or the junior coach. This way, the game wouldn't be that "binnary", but a little more organic and realistic.
There are also other ideas, but maybe it's the case of another topic. I hope talk about this would also help the devs to develop a great UX that Sokker trully deserves.
